frank rong was so rude that his assistant apologized saying he wasn't suppose to answer the phone he was rude and disrespectful I couldn't believe my ears,the dodging of phone calls,and he stated if you need help with Irs he will say it's to much work and isn't doing it unbelievable,Do Not Trust Frank Rong

Reporting to the better business bureau and filing a law suit immediately against this man. DO NOT trust your taxes or money with Frank Rong. We wen't to Frank to file for 2019 and he held our documents for over 6 months. We called, left messages, and Frank never got back to us. We we're handed off to some woman that he works with named Anna and she would never return our calls or emails either so we finally decided to pick our documents up and find a different accountant. They took over a week to release our documents to us and I have emails from Frank stating that Anna took our personal documents home with her. On top of that, we just found out from the IRS that my husbands taxes from 2015, 16, 17, and 18 that Frank was in charge of and my husband PAID Frank to file, we're kicked back. Did Frank communicate that to my husband? No.The IRS had not reached out to my husband either, he called to check on things for his 2019 and set up a payment plan and they told him "we cant process your 2019 until we have your past 4 years" I am not sure what Frank does all day besides dodge phone calls and emails but you do not want him handling your private information.

Frank has completed several tax returns for me, and I enjoy working with him. He is knowledgeable and honest and he still does my taxes even after I have relocated from Tallahassee. I highly recommend his services.

Be cautious if you intend to hire Mr. Rong for CPA or tax services. He does not respond promptly, and sometimes not at all, to phone messages or emails. On many questions related to taxes, what he said turned out to be glaringly wrong, yet he continued to insist he was correct. Someone who files taxes and gets paid to do it should be well-versed on tax rules and laws, and that is not the case here. Edit 5-23-18: Even after explaining to him multiple times that IRS employees, as well as other CPA's, confirmed he is not correct, he continues to argue. After explaining things to him I shouldn't have to (he is getting paid to be a CPA, and I am not getting paid to educate him), he became rude and told me "If you could fix this problem, you wouldn't need me." Very childish and unprofessional. I expected him to take responsibility for a problem he created by not knowing what is doing, and he clearly has no intention of doing that. Steer clear. Mr. Rong is not knowledgeable of tax rules or laws, and refuses to admit when he has made a glaring mistake.
