Been a member for four years. This is the best place to buy in bulk. Fair prices. Roomy aisles. Plenty of room to move around the warehouse without feeling crowded. And the pizzas to go are hot, large, pepperoni covered, cheesy, delicious crust and at $10 you will never find a better bargain. Try it. You'll say yum yummy!

we had a great experience with an associate named Bob, he was super helpful and was constantly trying to help people. One of the rudest cashiers tried to ruin the experience about me trying to pay for our order and my name wasn't on the membership card. I was trying to be nice and pay for my friends items. she was so rude and matter of fact! Costco needs some training for this transplant employee!

I have been a member of Costco for 18 years, starting in Atlanta in 2006. Was close enough to buy my gasoline and that savings alone paid my membership. Being just two of us some portion sizes don't make sense but others do. Paper towels, Toilet paper, Costco brand red solo cups and bottled water are a major savings over traditional outlets. Their online partners program is also a great benefit. Shop direct with partner companies and get the Costco discount on all kinds or products and services. Any discount these days is a plus. You also have opportunitieec to save on Home, Auto, life and Pet Insurance. There are more program discounts as well. People spend $100, $200 even $300 a month on TV and Internet. $50 a year to save money and have access to the best beef in Tallahassee at prices that make grocery stores look like bandits, is a bargain and then some.

This is a great store, but I hate to say run out of things all the time. Often when I fall in love with a product, the product goes away quickly. Other than that, the deals are pretty good they're not as good as a competitor. I do like the organic and vegan selections though. The service is always good.

During my visit today, I started off by getting fuel at the Costco gas station. I noticed when I was standing in front of the machine in order to pay at the pump that their is a sign was posted over the regular fuel, stating "only premium fuel" available. It's a little piece of paper with big bold writing, which is laminated, obviously made by somebody with access to a computer, printer and laminator so the administrative office with managers is fair to assume. It does not say anywhere on the gas station pump that the pump is "out of order"! Which means if you want to get fuel, you're going to have to pay more for premium, which is fine. if you really need fuel. What is not fine is after I've closed up and started driving out I noticed the pump directly in front of me which is now finally cleared with no car parked at it fueling. The pump does not have the sign saying "premium fuel only". over the option for regular fuel. Which means I didn't need to pay for the premium fuel because regular fuel is available at this gas station. Now for anyone who has never been to a club members only gas station you don't get to pick what pump exactly you end up at, you only kinda get to pick which lane you're going to enter. You just get in line and randomly you'll end up at a pump if you wait long enough and you can't just pull out because there's cars ahead of you and you can't pull backwards because there's cars behind you waiting for you to finish up. What you're doing because they are also in a hurry to get fuel after you. now, the only reason you're even there is because you waited 15-20 minutes for that pump. now, of course I looked around for any employees that might be able to help me out with a question, but no one was at the gas station when I was there. So I parked my truck with it's very full gas tank filled with way too much money. By the way I pay $120 for my membership just to use this store. So I had inside I do my shopping. I'm headed for the door and I decided to stop by the membership desk that handles customer service to let them know about the situation. This guy working the desk sounded completely clueless hands up in the air, saying "bro I don't know". So I can see "oh ok he just works here" he did say " I hear them over the radio, kind of I know they got a situation going I think only one pump works". Which is clearly not true he only has to walk 20 feet from where he is to look out through the front entrance to see that. So randomly sprinkled on the gas pumps are signs telling you to pay more if you feel like it, when you don't have to and no one to tell you otherwise. "I got basically scammed out of an extra $40- $50" just like a lot of other people. I decided to call the administrative office and ask for a manager. He was trying to assure me that they are not trying to pull a fast one on anybody. It is their mistake for overlooking the situation and handling it poorly but that they were going to fix it. My reaction is "it's great that you're going to change the signs" to stop the problem but the point is people already lost the money buying the product they didn't need the individual manager does not benefit money wise but the store does from more product sold. I can't try to help myself by returning and exchanging the product. I did pay for exactly what I got.

It was a long time in the making, but it finally happened. I bit the bullet and got a Costco membership. I mean, I would go beforehand with friends or family who had a membership and occasionally get items. Moreover, I downloaded their app that accesses their website, and well, most products you can purchase without a membership and have them delivered to your home. I did this last bit probably for a year or so. I began on and off questioning if I should get a membership given my use, and well, now that I've moved to Tallahassee and conversations constantly came up in my social group about Costco, well - it was inevitable. I joined because I could finally justify it. I no longer live alone and this is Tallahassee, not South Florida, where variety is running rampant. Do I have any regrets? None at all. I signed up online, linked the membership to my account, received an e-mail and took said e-mail with me to the counter at this Costco. Paul attended me and he was so warm and friendly. Got my membership card and went on in to make a few purchases. Was surprised that they had self-checkout at this location, but hey, it worked out great for me. Probably the least amount of time I've ever spent waiting to pay at Costco. Definitely will return.

There are perpetual food and water shortages at this warehouse. I have already found myself unable to buy bananas twice here, and just today they had no gallon-sized water bottles. It seems they sell out some of their products very quickly but have not yet learned to match demand. But ostensibly they restock on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their customer service is phenomenal and there is otherwise a vast selection of foods, but I'm honestly not sure what I'm getting a $120 membership for if I can't make use of it by buying the things I need. Time will tell I guess. I'll try again tomorrow.

I had a bad shopping experience today at Tallahassee Costco. I bought a lot of food and went to self checkout. Before completing scanning, the machine started to work improperly because there were too much food on the deck and I had to stack food over. The machine did not allow me to keep scanning if I stacked up. I was stuck over there and no employee came to help, so I decided to put scanned food back on to the deck from my shopping-cart, and tried to complete scanning of rest of food. Suddenly, an employee came to blame me not to scan some food. I told him the situation and let him check the checkout screen and see if I missed scanning or did not scan something. This is a simple way for him to find if his blame is correct or not, but he declined to do so and kept claiming I did not scan some food. That brought me a very unhappy moment in the Costco. I think they need to improve their service and have a good or proper working method to customers.

A short drive through to this massive Costco in Tally. Even though we live in a bigger city , this Costco had us beat in volume of items and space. The parking lot was packed and expected at least a half hour wait and was able to get in / out in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, fast service. We will be back.

I purchased a set of original equipment Michelin tires for my Shelby Mustang at a very good sale price this month. Costco beat Tire Rack and Discount tire on the price! Since I am picky on who works on my car, I removed the wheels myself and brought them in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. During the process, one wheel was slightly scratched and later I discovered that one of the other wheels had been nicked up in two places. The tire center supervisor, Bradley, showed me the scratches on the one wheel and completed a claim for for me to have the wheel repaired. When I showed him the picture of the other wheel which was damaged, he did not hesitate to submit a claim form for that wheel, too. So, both wheels were repaired to my satisfaction and Costco reimbursed me for the full amount ($300). Always a Good practice to have the tire center inspect your wheels before the work is started so if something does happen during the process, it's an easy process to remedy any problems. I was extremely happy with the way Bradley handled this issue and I will certainly buy my next set of wheels from this location!

Come on Costco, if your going to charge extra for two tiny pumps of choc sauce (which costs you about .03 cents per serving) on your frozen desert Then at least put more than to just decorate the sides of the glass enough to make it look like you actually put some in there. Costco has gotten a bit greedy since that last CEO. Same goes for outrageous membership prices. Sam's Club actually gave me a basic membership for FREE recently. Whereas Costco wants to charge me $120. For the priveledge of shopping there with the Executive membership I've had for decades but recently downgraded and still think Costco has a bit of an over- inflated head.

While it is slightly difficult to provide a Yelp Review for a discount stores food, some of their pre-seasoned food is outstanding! Their Pork Tenderloin Chunks as well as their Garlic Chicken Wings are perfectly seasoned. When grilled correctly are so tasty and delicious, you will look forward to grilling, not that I ever don't look forward to grilling! I hope you enjoy, we sure have!

Most of the people at Costco are usually nice, however, that does not apply to everybody. My older brother and I came to buy supplies for my dad's 60th birthday party. We used his membership to get in, but he was not there because he is a doctor and has many patients to take care of. He was not able to be there in person before his party to buy the supplies and why would he buy it if it's his birthday? So we get let In at the front with his membership and spend an hour collecting all of the supplies. We go up to pay at the register and the lady scans the card and sees the picture is not me. (The worker's name is Karen. Go figure). She started yelling at us for no reason and calling for a supervisor very loud making an absolute scene. We were very polite and tried to tell her we would call our dad and get him to come show his face so we can finish our shopping. She declined to listen to anything we said and continued to raise her voice and make a scene. Once a worker above her came over it was sorted out relatively quickly. Moral of the story, if you go to Costco off of Mahan rd in Tallahassee, try to avoid the check out line with the worker named Karen.
