Ordered online for same day. Never received any customer service is unavailable... Waisted 87$ and can't even get refunded to replace my order. It's supposed to be convenient but it took more time out of my day and resources that are unavailable.

Good place to buy beauty products in Tallahassee, you can get things that you don't at Sally or Beauty, the bad thing is that if you don't have a license you can't buy anything and I don't think it says that on their website. Those are some of the nail products.

Brought some love oil from there. Looked like someone either in store or took home and brought back and got put on shelf. It had a very nasty smell, was very watery. Put some on hair in a hurry and dried my hair out. The woman at the register acted like she wasn't amused. I wasn't very happy that product like that would be on the self.

Is a cute business but only for License hairdressers, I'm not, therefore I could not get what I was looking for.But the lady working there was courteous.

The store has been in at this location for months but has no ethic products and has no intentions of having them at this particular location. It is unfortunare to live near & support a major beauty supplier that doesn't have a variation of products for all hair types..Get some ethnic products in there.

The white gay male was Very unprofessional after I ask a question he had a smart remark to tell his co worker as I'm walking out the door. This store always disappoints me. I've only been there 3 times this Cosmoprof is the worst compared to vero beach where I moved from.

Was very upset today, went in to grab some shampoo. And I see a friend of a worker (maybe) and customer paying and neither we're wearing mask.. sign on door don't matter.
