These guys did good. They loved my mother in law and kept her clean and fed.

I am relocating from another state and made three trips to get this transition in place. In person, they were great. As far as the phone, I can't review because the only person I could speak with was the receptionist. I left messages that were never returned. In addition, I had to hear that my mother was denied because of the level of care she needed (is this not a nursing home?) via her current location, not Tallahassee Living Center. I drove 4 hours to get clarification (since my calls were ignored) and was advised that the person I needed to speak with was unavailable. If you are seeking placement for a loved one, please avoid this facility at all cost. God stepped in when I was trying to push the admission.

It would be great if you could get personnel to answer the phone call and get directed as to whom one needs to speak with on a loved one.

I really liked working with the clients at the facility and some of the staff.I really had a problem with the last day that I worked there. If staff would have sat down and talked to me in a professional manner I would still be there. The problem is the place is under staff because the way the management team treat everyone that comes in to help them. The only people that there hurting is the patient, because there the ones that need the help.I love taking care of elderly, but I am not going to be treated with disrespect from management. If you need help-- listen and be patient. I'm a hard working CNA and be at work on time and do my job.

Just got my mom home from here .I will say most of the staff was great. Understaffed some day to the point I felt sorry for the nurses and CNA. Now mom said food was horrible. She told me to not make chicken, rice or grits for a while... Therapy was great and that's the reason she went there. My disappointment is with case worker ( Dawn White,) met her Monday and even signed a paper that we talked and she said she would order a rollator after waiting this morning 2 hours after her discharge we never got it. Had several people looking for the case worker. So I came home without my mom have a Walker. Not happy about that.Admitting Staff are fabulous.

This place is very professional they are understaffed they don't want to do their job I have witnessed them rough roughing up the patient they tell the patient they don't want to change them I feed them my husband has real hair October 4th 2021 they have clean your room can a patient fall on his bed to the point he had to get stitches they stole on Husband personal items they miss him the medicine because they're not paying attention what they doing to the point they get impatient too much medicine I have talked to the administration still nothing has happened this place needs to be closed down and I will be contacting DOH I was told they don't have Hogan pacers in the facility my husband had to take a covid test before coming to this facility because they say they do not accept over patient which was a lie I feel so sorry for the patient that they roughed up it was so sad. Something really needs to happen to this facility or either close it down. Is my husband being there he had one nurse that done her job and that patients go outside and smoke around people who have oxygen . Cigarettes are everywhere on the outside the patient's hut the call button for help I meant take down to 2 hours to come in and when they come in there yelling at the patient roughing them up. Patients screaming for help still no help for them this is an awful place to work hard to be a patient

Terrible care, got meds mixed up , run out of meds, leave patients soiled clothes for hours , wouldn't call an ambulance to take my sister to hospital when she got so sick , needs to be shut down. Dropped her off at wrong doctors office and I had to hunt down where they left her , she was unable to know what was going on due to her illness . I will say this wasn't recent but I'm sure it's about the same .

The staff were very warm, relatable, and caring. Excellent medical management. My mom is back to herself and even better. At 81 years of age I was worried that might not happen. The Consulate team treated her like family, and she was very happy there. Thank you guys for your efforts. You will definitely be our preferred facility for any future needs.

My Nana recently received inpatient therapy at Consulate. I am so glad she did. Excellent therapy department, and the nursing staff took really good care of her. We would definitely recommend it and return if there is ever a need again. Thanks guys!!!!#pandemicwarriors

I am so glad we chose your facility for my grandma. She recovered well and made many friends there. The staff treated her like family. I know it has been a rough two years for health care as the pandemic has reeked havoc across the world. We are so thankful for all you guys do and the time you spent caring for her.

My cousin went there yesterday recovering from COVID and they are HORRIBLE. We will be reporting them to DOH. She asked for assistance and it took them forever to help her. She asked for things and she's being treated like she's less than. It makes no sense how people who supposed to care for others treat them like that. It's nasty and it smells. So unprofessional. Do better.

The place is ridiculous. The nursing staff is inconsiderare and rude. The appearance of the overall facility is horrible and outdated. No one should feel comfortable placing a love one there.

My brother has been at this facility since March 18th and I have been witness to some very bad progress and non-care of my brother and his room. They don't bathe him at all, his room has the highest smell of urine and his clothes are being stole. When I call to discuss issues with someone, they keep me holding for over twenty minutes or longer and never pick up my call.Very unprofessional and lack of communication with the family.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.And now I want to check out my brother, nobody will even talk to me or call me back. If that's not bad enough for whatever reason my brother is not answering his phone in his room, he knows I want to come pick him up, so why?

My mother was admitted into this god awful facility on 3/9/21. They are understaffed and the communication between the staff and residents family is slim unless you stay on them constantly. There is no charge nurse available twenty-four hours so receiving updates on changes in medication is like an act of congress. The Director of Nursing (DON) Darlene Cunningham does not answer direct questions as it pertains to your loved ones care. The nurses charts do not appear to be up to date once an incident happens, therefore referring back to the charts for clarification is not very helpful. The administrator Larry Mann is fairly new in his position, nice guy but totally clueless as to what’s going on in his facility. Each family is to receive an Care plan meeting within seventy-two hours of their loved one being admitted into the facility. My family didn’t receive our meeting until a week and two days after my mother was admitted. The physical therapist didn’t even attend the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to help your loved one transition from their facility back to home. If I depend on this facility and my their staff my mother would have been DEAD last week. They are not knowledgeable at all let me give you an example. While taking vital signs this “nurse” told me that my mothers blood pressure was 98/81. Now Stevie Wonder can see that that’s incorrect vitals. No one corrected this error it was just in her charts just as wrong! This facility is NOT where you want someone that you love dearly placed!

My mother was there and our experiences were, my mom rang for assistance no one came until they knew it was time for me to come through. One Monday morning I arrived there around 7:30 with my mother's breakfast because she didn't like some of the foods there, when I arrived to her room I discovered she hadn't been charged from the night before, the cover had turned brown which means she's been laying in urine for a while. I questioned the staff, no results. I waited until the head nurse arrived and the director at the time came in, we exchanged words. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're a person that's going to stay on top of them. I also must say, every night while me and my family was there visiting my mom, the CNA'S were all in a room on the phone, Facebook and other sites instead of taken care of the patients there. I'm grateful my mom was able to return home so we could make sure she received the special attention and nursed her back to good health.
