The moving crew was fabulous! As Crew Leader, David Norcross was organized getting things labeled, moved and then a complete inventory. All of the team Sheraton Merritt and Rico McBride were courteous and worked very well as a team and very Professional. Michael Haimowitz was excellent in coordinating the services and providing cost of services. No questions were too much for him. He definitely was the best that we have ever encountered. Wendy provided valuable services to us as coordinator. Overall An EXCELLENT team that worked together extremely well. Thank Ya'll!

I want to express how completely satisfied I am with the service provided by Community Moving & Storage. From the meeting with Michael Haimowitz, Relocation Consultant where the process was explained in detail to the emails and phone calls with Wendy Gregory, Move Coordinator, I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism and attention to detail on the weeks leading to the actual move.On moving day, the moving crew comprised of David, Darryl, Carlos and Tanner were not only professional and experienced, but were personable and a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend Community Moving & Storage to anyone who wants professional, personable and experienced people in charge of this ever so important part of their moving process!

Michael Haimowitz, relocation consultant, gave an estimate and details of the move, including dates, and everything occurred exactly as planned. Matthew Brock, move coordinator, checked in frequently to see if I had questions or concerns. But the moving team— David, Tim and Joshua — were simply fantastic, doing endless small things that made the move easier, such as hanging up the shower curtain at our destination or asking questions to make sure they handled everything just the way I wanted. I recommend them unreservedly.

I want to thank everyone listed for doing such a great job in protecting the home and seeing to it there was no Damage to my home or belongings. they packed and protected everything . Michael Haimowitz, did an excellent job taking inventory and working with me in setting the move & delivery date. Wendy Gregory was great in notifying me and coordinating the time movers would arrive & then deliver my belongings. Movers Supervisor Brucedid an excellant job and the team he had with him Edwin, Chris, Levi & Xavier were all great working together and seeing to it everything was carefully packed. Thanks so much it was a pleasant experience.

I have experienced interstate moves several times over my career; they have all been great. With Browning it can be summed up in three words: WORST MOVE EVER. The estimate came in at a set price with the caveat that we could save money if we packed some things ourselves. After doing just that for weeks the revised estimate was higher! Due to our situation storage was required; simply horrible. Price was astronomical, roughly doubling the original estimate. When we finally did get a delivery it was a Mayflower truck from South Carolina that pulled up...surprise. The driver had an attitude from the start and proved to be a total tool. We had to file a damage claim on many items and claim home repairs as they banged up our house too. Of course the satisfaction on that front was lacking. Damage to hardwood flooring from the use of a wet runner was vehemently denied by the driver and later written off as "wear and tear" (the nine-year old house was occupied by an elderly couple, hardly any wear and tear). A lot of our things were covered in a black "dust/grit" of some kind. Broken glass, damaged furniture, wall damage, you name it, we had it. Just avoid these clowns at all cost or it will cost you. Worst moving experience ever.

We didn't have them move our stuff, we used their warehouse to stage our equipment while working in town. Both the office and warehouse personnel were a pleasure to deal with.

Community Moving and Storage performed well with our recent move from Florida to Minnesota. They were very responsive during the pre-move bidding process and actually came to our residence to examine in-depth what items were to be moved. And, they performed equally well during the move itself via Mayflower. However, on a continuous improvement basis, they did not "go beyond the normal call of duty" to perform at a truly exceptional level. They were not proactive (the move coordinator or the truck driver) in informing us where and when our goods would arrive. I had to call them myself...they did not call me first in advance. They would need to move to that level to be considered for an exceptional level of service. Overall, a good customer process, yet they need to "up their game" to another proactive level to be considered excellent.
