The young lady that did my nails did an exceptional job. However, the lady at the front desk talked so loudly on her phone, just short of yelling, the entire time I was there. It really ruined it for me. I wont be back.

The worst experience I have ever had. I went for a touch up and they told me they didn't have the right color. They said they had to remove the acrylic and they were literally tearing off my nails, I told them that they gave me acetone to remove it at least, they did it reluctantly and in the end I had to leave with the aluminum on because the person who was working with me was He got with another client. Horrible customer service!! I rated it with one star because I couldn't give less.

Went to this salon 10/29/23. I ended up refusing the service because the specialist was trying to unsanitized clippers and a used Emory board to file my nails. She tried to say the tools had been cleaned and sanitized. I will never go back there again and anyone else going there should be very careful.

I am new to the area, went to Publix and seen nail shop, okay great kill 2 birds with one stone, NOT!! The owner he was rude did not welcome me at all, the environment it self is not good feels like everyone is scared to say anything or speak, smile, enjoy their job and people that come in, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

3 hours for a mani/pedi - way too long. Maybe it's a Florida thing but in Minneapolis I get a flawless mani/pedi in a little over an hour for the same price. This was really frustrating.

The lady that did my pedicure was great, but the lady that owns the place she did my nails. She is very rude, she ran the drill over my skin multiple times. My fingers are so sore this morning. My nails look okay but not great. She acts like it is killing her to do your nails. I am not sure my she does anyone's nails. A lady came in to get her nails done and left because the owner was so dang rude. You also cannot leave a tip on card. Tip has to be cash. That's just away to not pay taxes on income.

Not my regular nail salon. Chose them due to being open late. Horrible attitude soon as you walk in the door. Does not know how to talk to customers. Needs to learn customer service skills. Did not even get a chance to get my nails done because the lady at the front desk has such a horrible attitude that I could not deal with. Walked out just as fast as I walked in. If you value customer service do not go here.

Quickest pedicure I’ve ever had. No frills, no extras. Asked for two colors on my nails and I was told no, they don’t do that. Asked for acrylics on my toes and they would only do one toe on each foot and they don’t accept tips if you pay with a card. The lady actually stopped me from signing and adding it. So I left it off. I can’t believe a tip was even turned down considering the service really didn’t warrant one. First time. Last time.Service: Pedicure

Located in the Publix shopping plaza at Southwood. This is not my regular nail shop. Chose it due to its proximity to work. I got a French manicure/ spa pedicure. Overall, am happy with both, however found them a little rough when it came to their use of the rotary file around my cuticles. My fingertips were sore for days afterwards. Final analysis: I would come here, if I am in a time crunch for work. This place was more expensive than my regular shop, which I found surprising. The French gel manicure was $58, which included a new set. The gel spa pedicure was $50. This does not include a tip.
