Occasionally I come across an establishment who's owner or hiring manager has taken great care in it's staffing. This is one such establishment. At least on the night shift, as far as my knowledge. I get through here from time to time. James is a credit to the field of customer service and he goes the extra mile to make all the guest feel welcome. His customer service was so on point, I had to leave a review.

Employees are nice and helpful. Pumps play loud ads that aren’t mutable and don’t print receipts. Lot is dirty, store is relatively clean.

Wow! My family goes to Circle K at least once a day, and visit a wide variety of the stores in this area. This is by far the worst location. We all have sip and save. The cashier at this store refuses to let us use them. We have an handicapped person in are family that we often get a drink for (it takes alot to get her out of the car) Or my husband and I go in and get the drinks for all 5 of us. Not one other store has a problem with this, many of them help us and know us by name. But this store the cashier told us that we can't use the sip and save because it takes to much time and the customers behind us are waiting. How are you going to tell us we can't use our paid for sip and save? This same cashier has done this more than once to us and he doesnt wear a name tag. He wont give us a mangers name or number. The screen is broken and he doesn't want to take the time to type in the numbers. We will never go to this store again! Management needs to address the customer service!

I recently reported some failures of this store and it’s service. My response from corporate was a call from the the manager of the store who obviously wanted to Rambo me. The following night I wanted to purchase items at their advertised price on the shelves. They refused this. There was violence in the area which I as as a member of my community is concerned about. And it seems to occur within the circumstance of this circle k.

I pride myself on being able to walk to gas stations so I went to this one and it seems like they're always closed at around midnight to 1 in the morning, to be fair not that many people are up and moving around that of day however it says 24/7 when you look it up the gas is available 24/7 but the convenience store part is not there's a car parked in front of the store but nobody ever seems to be at the the register or available.Not to mention when there is someone there it's usually poor service.

It's a gas station. Why would I ever need to write a review about a gast station? You don't go expecting amazing workers. But Jesus, what are y'all doing?? The morning crew is amazing, for the record... But the kid that works nights shouldn't have a job at all. Grabbing a recording of him tomorrow night, because this is next level stupid stuff. Asked for gas, he stared at his phone (no exaggeration) for 5 minutes without saying a word. Then finally rings me up, still not saying a thing. I left. No way that service gets my money anymore.

Have been going to this location for approximately a year and a half. Could tell that new management took over a few months ago. New management is extremely nice, but overnight employees are extremely rude. They have a sign by the register that states for customers to be nice to the employees, and not be “abusive.” when the employee should actually have a sign about how to give proper customer service. It’s over-the-top rude. It’s in your face rude. I no longer will go to this location, and I also know a few people who have stopped as well.

Never in my life have I’ve ever experienced racism until today. I was refused to be serviced because of this lady Kathy, simply because of the color of my skin. I am hurt and infuriated by her actions and comments. I will be contacting Corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau and possibly a civil rights attorney.

For $2 their coffee is a steal. Hot bar for food isn't always stocked which is unfortunate. The people working are generally friendly

Driving home I used the restroom at this location and there was no toilet paper. So I went to talk to the circle k person who was not busy at all just stacking cups. What a wacky place. My family just spent $50 in gas and had to use the restroom and had to deal with these two clowns. Disaapointed

The staff is very rude and will catch an attitude with people i tried to walk in but the doors were locked and they said i was slamming the door..
