Stopped by during work visit. Great humidor and selection! Was nice to find a lounge that was comfortable and has a great selection of cigars. My new go too spot when I’m Tallahassee.

1) Service was shall we say "not" worthy of a cigar, the place could be cleaner, and especially the back deck-like area needs attention. I expected it to look more like the pictures but nevertheless it was disappointing looking to me inside. That's my perception on the decor and atmosphere.2) The bar is on the smaller side. Sort of cramped up with the seating arrangements.3) Sellection & variety of cigars is pretty fair to nice as well as supply of the brands they carry. I'm sure you will a decent cigar to smoke if you visit.4) I didn't notice alcohol being served like Scotch, Whiskey, etc. If so it was never offered nor suggested by staff.5) Location was fair, but parking lot is on the darker side and limited also small.6) Pricing was higher than what I normally pay in Miami, Atlanta, Houston, NYC, and other cities and Cigar Bars I frequent.7) It's a rather boring place to lounge in.8) The outside of the Bar looks more like a mini strip mall vs a Cigar Bar.9) My guest didn't find the place inviting as well and wanted to try Fuma's instead in which we had a very nice time.10) Finally would I recommend this place? Well not really it wasn't for me nor my guest but I wish them the very best!

I come to Tallahassee often for businessCigars of Tally's service was ok, but nothing special. The sales lady made no suggestions, didn't ask any questions like what am I looking for, or did I need anything else. Also only 1 out of 5 cigars was good. I had 4 leather roses and another Irish cream cigar. Only 1 leather rose smoked well. They others tasted horrible and fell apart/unwrapping, and the final cigar just would not burn well enough to get a puff from it regardless of how much I cut it. It had no pull. This was my 2nd visit that I purchased a cigars but I went about 10x's before I could catch a leather rose torpedo in stock. I wished I would of smoked them there so they can see how horrible those cigars were. I will NOT do business there again. I feel ripped off. By the way these were all sweet cigars that are on the back wall in a glass/wood case. They were not in the main humidor so maybe that was the issue. I want my money back or better yet quality replacements. This ruined my birthday.UPDATE::::UPDATE::: So I spoke with the owner. He did offer a store credit for my purchase after I brought back some of the cigars back by for staff to see my issue. However as you can see by the reply the owner is SUPER defensive, doesn't take a review (unless it's good) as an opportunity to give his customer's a better experience. Over the phone I had to listen to his long drawn out excuses & rant about the distributors, how he's in his 30's (I don't care about your age & I didn't ask!), how it employs his staff locally, he doesn't want to fire any staff (whatever that meant), he doesn't believe in internet reviews, and claims my perception of my true experience was an attack on his business. He ranted to me for what seemed like a long time about how he's being attacked. He made every excuse in the world before we got to a resolution. If you view his replies to other lower starred reviews he goes on defense, resortz to belittling of the customers, and make it seem like if you give him a poor review you're attacking a local small business. In fact he told me he doesn't think anyone should leave reviews online. He doesn't believe in online reviews. Well welcome to 2024 where the internet gives the customer's a voice. Learn to take some feedback. I was totally kind to you but to say I attacked you basically by leaving my review was wrong of you! I do NOT have to consult with you 1st before I leave a review. I bet you don't mind the good reviews do you? So I will raise you from 1 star up to 2 stars. I shouldn't have to listen to you rant to a customer before you provide a resolution. All you had to do was nothing at all, give a partial/or full refund or credit, or just apologize. You weren't forced to do anything Mr 30ish yr old local business owner! So out of respect I raised you a star. I was given a $49 credit giftcard which I promptly used (to give the cigars away to other family members, tipped the cashier for their service, and left. I have ZERO desire to do business with you. I will shop with your competitors or buy directly from the manufacturer myself!!! You are straight out of a comic book

They had an amazing humidor, and the selection is one of the best I have seen. The staff we absolutely amazing. I was visiting from out of town, and they took care of all my cigar needs.

It's OK, not the best selection, but you'll find something that piques your interest. Location is a plus. Hours could be later.

Went here today for the 1st time have to say I bought 3 cigars one double cutter and I have to say the customer service was excellent but 2 out of 3 cigars were stale, probably the humidifier must be bad or not right called to notify the employee and I felt like he thought I was lying or just trying to get something if you go here please check before buying again the young lady great customer service but the problem is the product was no good. Waist of my money sorry but honestly is the best policy.

Visiting Tallahassee stopped here for a cigar. Good selection. During the day very chill and a great place to to hangout between meetings.

Place could be amazing ! Selection is good but several cigars have mold on them (which is a red flag ). Prices are competitive...not sure why place doesn't draw a crowd.

Best humidor around... nice bar and extremely comfy chairs. Great place to relax and have a smoke. Their selection of cigars is hard to beat.
