i live in LA/Malibu and I come visit my home town friends sometimes at this mall and store screams 2000’s, pretty tacky though. We came in and walked right back out because ew.

Walked in at 6:15 pm on a Monday. No greeting from either of 2 staff moving items around. At 6:32 I asked the cashier if I could try some items on and she says “no, dressing room closes at 6:30.” I said it’s only 6:32 and I’ll be quick. She repeats herself. So I hang up items on a nearby rack eliciting rolled eyes from the other customer service person who is dressed more like a manager. I asked her if I could try items on instead of leaving them on the rack and she says no. Didn’t you ask the cashier? Dressing rooms close at 6:30. I suggest it might be nice if someone on staff tell people shopping that dressing room closes soon. Blank stare. She says that’s why the rack (crookedly placed random clothing rack pushed across dressing room entrance with no sign) is there. Horrible customer service at Governors Square mall.

Really disappointed by customer service. I came in last week to return something and a staff member gave me attitude from the get go. I was told that I was allowed to make returns when I purchased the item but apparently there was a time frame that I wasn’t made aware of originally and it was past the date. (Wouldn’t have had to buy and return it in the first place if the dressing rooms were open). Instead of saying ‘sorry it’s too late’, the staff member gave me a horrible attitude while I proceeded to try and be nice and explain it was a misunderstanding on my part. I used to love shopping here but the experience has ruined it for me.

With all my love and respect for Charlotte Russe, my last experience in Tallahassee wasn't nice. The fitting rooms didn't work for some reason. Why would the store be open if it's not possible to try anything on? Also the staff was neither friendly nor welcoming. Such a disappointment. Once a nice store, now lost its client appeal. :(
