My entire experience was awesome. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have so much appreciation for the young lady who helped me. I have been saving my receipt so I wouldn't forget the associates name who helped me, Ciera H. She was one of the most patient, respectful, and helpful associates that I've ever had a shoe store.I originally ordered some shoes online, they came in the wrong size so I brought them into the store to see if they could exchange them for me. Ciera assisted me in re-ordering the shoes with no problem. Then she started telling me how I actually saved money by ordering them through the store.As it would go, they didn't have the size that I needed so I was a little upset. Ciera immediately started telling me that she would help me find some in the store or even online. She was like "we have a whole catalog on the internet that you can choose from". Me being me, picky as I am, I didn't find anything in the store so we went back to the computer and she scrolled through screen after screen, brand after brand offering her suggestions and telling me about which brands were in style the most and which were the most comfortable.Because of how patient she was with me, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (received them at my doorstep 2 days later) and I was just so thankful to have had her because most associates would've got irritated, gave me a website, or started to rush me. Her whole demeanor never changed the entire time. It was almost as if she was shopping for herself, she genuinely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. I can't stress enough at how patient she was with me. When it was all said and done, I spent about an hour in that store.Thank you again Ciera! Happy New Year!Now I can throw my receipt away.Tyree

The boss is very rude, she always have an attitude and gives bad energy and vibes to customers and employees and it’s very dirty in the inside. What happened to the old white lady name Mary please bring her back because champs is going down hill without her.

Shopped online. And went into the physical store. I miss champs being up stairs in the mall. It's small in the newer location but I still like champs.

My husband and I entered with our youngest child to buy him a pair of sneakers. We were not greeted at all there was two workers standing having a conversation that they never broke from! We read the COVID sign asking once you find a shoe to please place it on the bench and a associate will help you with sizing. We followed the directions and still nothing. I walked past them 2 and went to speak to the associate who was ringing out customers and asked her she said oh you can just ask them they can get you what you need. I told her I’m sorry because I just disrupted you on you cell phone and I didn’t want to interrupt them because it was obvious that their conversation was more important than making sales. So she proceeded to yell at them to help. I told them it was ok I don’t feel like I should beg anyone to do their job nor should we have to beg to spend our money!

Do not order shoes online from anyone affiliated with foot locker. Had I known Champs was, I never would've ordered shoes from their website. How can a company take your money and never send you what you order? The customer service representative that emailed me was not helpful at all, and her tone seemed rude. A week later and I am still waiting on the shoes that I ordered to ship. Never again!
