Says they open at 9… yeah right take your business somewhere else that they actually care about the customer. Screw this place. Especially because there is other pawn shops less then 5 mins up the road.

Lady said- “Louis Vuitton doesn’t make that monogram anymore since 2016.”Why wouldn’t they? It’s their trade mark print. So here is a pic of my belt and a screen shot of their websites merchandise (belts) as of 2022. Gee, is that the same monogram that unintelligible lady claimed they stopped making?I was really down on money, so I decided to pawn my $700 belt. This really ugly Caucasian woman late 20’s told me my belt was fake. I received the belt as a Christmas/birthday gift the year prior from my girlfriend. I also provided them with all the documents stating it’s serial number and even the papers of shipping from Louis Vuitton it’s self. This happened back in October 2021.*** DONT BRING ANYTHING OF ACTUAL VALUE TO THEM. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING AT***

The atmosphere here is not welcoming. They always make it an issue when something has to be returned and they always go against their own return policy. Too much of a hassle. I'll rather go to the other pawn shops in tally. At least the other pawn shops are more accommodating.

I love gold jewelry and was interested in buying a chain for my uncle. I'm wealthy but don't spend stupid money, so I like to go to pawn shops because you get more bang for your buck regarding jewelry. Nobody offered to help me, everyone there was super unfriendly, their attitudes here are disgusting & if you want to buy something it will make you feel like you should go elsewhere. Do not go to this store. They are mad at the world and all have attitudes. Horrible place to buy jewelry at.

Very displeased with the service. Don’t take you’re jewelry here. I have a 10 Karat White Gold Infinity Necklace that My boyfriend bought me at a jewelry shop. It was originally listed for $600 but they were having a special if it was your birthday you got 1/2 on almost anything in the store. So he paid 300$ for this necklace. The chain is tangled, that’s the only thing wrong with it. Either this guy couldn’t tell what it was made out of or is just a scam artist trying to get people’s money if he thinks they don’t know what it’s worth. He offered a WHOLE 25$. ? I will just take it back to the jewelry shop from the town I bought it in. Central Pawn sucks.

Regardless of customer service, there's only 2 guys running the store... I got a fair price for some gold I sold. All around experience in the store was positive. (I calculated my gold price before leaving home) I was satisfied.
