The care I received made things worse. The therapist pressured me to do an exercise that had previously made me worse, and the result was that I got even worse, longer lasting issues. Just after that, I was released from care. They also failed to diagnose an issue that was promptly & easily diagnosed by my next provider. On top of all that, billing was a nightmare to deal with, and they were not careful (despite what they said) to ensure that I wouldn't have any visits uncovered by my insurance.

After failed attempts to get good care at the TMH Physiotherapy facility, I was seen by Ben at COSPT who used the allotted time to assess and to do PT. I wish TMH Physio was as thorough and dedicated to getting people back on track post surgery. Thanks Ben!

I would never have made an appointment at this center if I had known I would be charged more than my copay.I have never had this experience going to a specialist. I have gone to a physical therapist two other times in my life and have never had this issue. My insurance said the Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy are in-network and that my copay is $45. This location said they accepted my insurance. When I scheduled the first appointment I was not notified that part of my first appointment may not be covered by my copay and that I could possibly have to pay more.I went to the first appointment and at check-in they said they will just bill me because they were not sure of the amount of my copay. That seemed a bit weird but I just figured they had a different billing system than most other offices. After going to two PT appointments, I happened to be on Aetna's website and noticed the claims for Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. For my first appointment I got charged an extra $57 above and over my copay. My second appointment I was charged my copay.I think it is a bad business policy not to be up front with the people you are supposed to be helping. I would have chosen a different provider had I been made aware that my copay would not cover their services. I am careful with my money and do not have an extra $57 dollars to give away.I spoke with Anika the office manager. She said that they assume each patient will make themselves aware of what their own insurance covers. I did make myself aware of what was covered. I called Aetna and they said I am covered for a specialist appointment and that my copay is $45. Unless I am made aware by the service provider of additional charges that my copay does not cover, there is no way for me to know.

My mother went to cospt for sciatica. Being 80 and on a fixed income, she asked what the charge would be after her first visit. They responded that they would let her know after it was processed with her insurance. This was repeated after her second visit. Following her third visit, she was finally told that her bill for three 1 hour visits was $971. Her insurance covered half. If Cospt is going to charge over $323 per hour per visit, they should atleast be able to provide an estimate of the amount that they will be charging. Absolutely exorbitant prices with little regard for a patients ability to pay.

I known this is inappropriate but this is my little way of showing gratitude and appreciation to her. Mrs Anita Crypto Fx helped me trade my $ 1000 to earn $ 14,700 in five days. She's very straight forward and genuine, you can contact her for your trading via her details below ?? Email:

Dave O'Brien PT, Dip, MDT, saved me. Compression fractures at L1 and L5 resulted in pressure on nerve roots that made it impossible to stand up straight for more than 2 minutes. After an initial MRI, it was unknown whether nerve pain was from narrowing of lateral recesses (vertebra) or disc(s) impressing on nerves. Dave asked questions and thoughtfully considered my responses. He developed a logical and practical recovery plan. Something my GP, as well as a neurosurgeon, chiropractor, and anesthesiologist were unable to do. After three months of 2-3 appointments per month and diligently doing the movements (exercises) Dave suggested, I am 95% recovered and expect to continue to improve. I can't be more grateful and relieved.

Dr. G.Chen is a very good orthopedic and chiropractic professional. Him and his student always work from the least extreme to the most severe possibility and work to correct it. Come out if you have or do not a referral.

I went two separate times over the course of several years. On both occasions, both physical therapists didn’t listen to my specific musculoskeletal dysfunctional needs. They just threw a book of basic exercises you can easily Google yourself at home for back pain or neck pain or hip pain. I have scoliosis and a slipped disc in my neck which causes widespread issues due to a compromised posture, so I had a lot of complaints, but they still insisted on these basic ULTRA-repetitive exercises, which do nothing but exacerbate the muscle tension somewhere else in my body.I have since found some relief from the muscle tension and joint dysfunction by using a heavy duty massage gun I got from Amazon and free yoga classes on YouTube and some light cardio on an elliptical machine or walking outside. That has helped relive the pressure on my joints and tingling in my extremities, so I can get through the days much better now.I needed a specific, custom-made physical therapy routine and they cannot deliver that, in my opinion. Unless you’re blatantly injured with a pinpoint-able injury (i.e. broken bones, torn ligaments, etc), I wouldn’t recommend them.

I can’t give enough positive feedback about these folks. I had an extremely herniated disc from an accident and got me from barely being able to walk (after not being able to leave my house for 30 days) to playing golf inside of 2 months. Simple exercises and some strength training has kept me going at full speed ever since. Phenomenal results. No surgery or chiropractic adjustments

A miracle worker is what Risa is!!! And she was so humble about how much she helped me. Went in with vertigo-- went home with exercises and no vertigo! In addition, I went home with more knoweldge than when I went in. She explained EVERYTHING to me, and asked me several times if I had any questions. Amazing what an experienced person can do to help others--and with no meds!!! The entire experience was great; however, I must refer to another review and suggest that if office staff wants to pull masks down--do it where patients can't see it. Thank you so much!

Wish I could get the pain relief I needed. Staff REMOVED MASKS to chit chat at the front desk. I do not feel safe going there. I left before I could even have my first appointment. I'm saddened by this experience. Unfortunately I cannot trust that medical treatment facility staff understand how to follow basic CDC guidelines.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my sister to COSPT for a series of therapy visits. She was initially sent for fall evaluation, but her therapist, Risa Green, took a personal interest and virtually transformed her life. When she began therapy she was on a rollator full time, and on 3 liters of oxygen 24/7. Also had major BP and blood sugar issues. Thanks to Risa’s determination, caring and expertise, within a few weeks she was off of both the rollator and substantially off of the oxygen during the day. Her last month or so of visits required no oxygen, and she is now able to go out for a haircut or out to eat without the burden of the rollator or oxygen. I was very impressed with the whole organization, from the front desk personnel to all of the therapists I saw in action. This is a first class organization.
