Outdated products and services, lackluster customer service. I've tolerated an account throught various mergers for over 20 years and not much has changed. If I need to do most things I have to use another Financial institution if I need it to do something In the 21st century. Tried to make a large deposit and they wanted a 7 business day hold. The check will validate well before then. Teller didn't care nor offer any solutions. Do not recommend.

Just tried to break a $100.00 bill.was denied because I did not have an account with Centennial Bank.

This bank really cares about their customers. The branch manager went out of her way to ensure my concerns were taken care of in the most expeditious manner. Corporate should commend her for putting people and the needs of small business at the forefront of priorities. If exceeding the standards is the standard, Centennial Bank does it right. ?

I wanted to edit to update. The branch manager reached out to resolve our issue. And it was handled professionally and promptly! While I was upset about it at the time I can respect the fact that he reached out To make sure all was taken care of.ZERO stars obviously isn't a option. Highly advise AGAINST banking here. Said they couldn't read numbers on bottom of check. Deposits check anyways. Call 2 hours later after we've spent money, and says they pulled check back out because of them not being able to read the numbers (which) they already knew... yet did it anyway.. leaving us with a negative balance.Unprofessional to say the least.

Arrived at drive-through 12:42 pm with two cars ahead of me. Got to the window at 1:11. That's 29 minutes for two cars!

I’ve banked with multiple institutions and Centennial isn’t very different then the rest of the banks. Nice employees, clean, safe environment but always under staffed needs more windows available for clients for a smooth and quick service also should have weekends opened for business clients.

This location terrible, employees who working never have smile and always take long time , normally I done have time for survey but I get bored for sitting in car and think let me do survey
