THEY ARE A BIT RUDE AT THE TENNESSEE STREET BRANCH AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO GO THROUGH THERE DRIVE THRU YOU DIFFENATLY WANT BE JUST DRIVING THRU IF ITS CROWDED YOU MAY GET OUT IN 25 MINUTES OTHERWISE YOULL BE THERE TILL THEY CLOSE FOR THE DAY ITS RIDICULOUS

I DO NOT recommend this bank in general, but the Tennessee St. branch is honestly the worst. The older woman who works there who i’m assuming is some type of supervisor or manager is extremely rude and LIED to me about my account that i’ve been using for 7 months no problem in order to refuse service and blamed her “new staff” (which they’re not new) for the mishap. I honestly feel bad for her employees because they’re always so nice, but she ruined this specific location for me. If you are a young college student or someone who is constantly transferring/moving money around do not pick this bank. You’re unable to do it online so you can only make transfers in person which is a pain and they don’t have a very tech savvy app which hints to me that this bank is mostly for elders. I will be switching banks asap.

I've literally never had any issues with this bank and I've been with them almost a year now. I rarely ever go inside and drive thru is always quick.

I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. You better hope you never have a dispute because from my experience they always side with the merchant. MY PHONE GETS STOLEN and the same day I have a charge from metro for $40 for someone else's account. SO not only was the $40 NOT put back in my account.I was told my debt card couldn't be replaced EVER because of my disputes.The only other dispute i had was from PRICELESS car rental who over charged me $700.I even had paper showing what i should have been charged which was submitted with my dispute. They still sided with them.Thanks Centennial I'm still fighting that one though court.YET MY DEBT privileges were taken WHAT........

This IS the WORST BANK I have EVER been a member of. I LOVE Centennial however this particular branch is ridiculous! I’ve never met people so RUDE and disrespectful. Their supervisor, Kayla, is very catty and unprofessional toward her workers. Chassidy who I assume is higher up than Kayla has no work ethic and only wants to be “the boss” rather than work with her team to make their branch superior. I would highly recommend making the drive to a different Centennial branch because this one isn’t even worth the gas.

The walk up atm and the drive thru atm hardly ever work. You insert your cars, and nothing happens. You put it in and out trying to get the machine to lock the card and 90% of the time it doesnt even work

Very disappointed with lack of skill of teller in drive through. I deposited checks and included cash to be withdrawn from checks on the deposit slip. I wrote on the deposit slip I wanted $20 bills. The teller sent a deposit receipt and no cash! I sent the drive through tube back and asked for my money. He asked me if I wanted particular bills. I asked him to look at the deposit slip which specified $20 bills. He then sent the money and no deposit receipt! After much wasted time and three trips of the drive through tune I got my money and deposit slip! It was very frustrating!!!!
