Please replace the American flag! It is ragged with huge tear in it. Better to not have one than one in that condition. Thank you!

Best advice I can give you is always check your receipt before you driving off. I’ve been dealing with this bank for years and today because humans to make mistakes a mistake was made with my deposit. When I called the bank a young lady that was very pleased with her herself identified herself as the head teller pretty much treated me like I was a liar. Then she proceeded to tell me that the person was gone for the day and it would be a day or two before they could verify that the deposit was done incorrectly. I was very insistent And went over her head. To the branch manager who said that she would do a recount but it would take 30 minutes. Thankfully it did not take that long and everything worked out. Again always check your receipt and be persistent. And don’t let the teller head teller just brush you off

MS. PRESLEY IS EXTREMELY RUDE, WILL NOT RETURN. i believe she is also the MANAGER of this bank, she had her own office. I am a 23 year old male with Fibromyalgia so i cant stand for more than a couple minutes at a time. i was sitting down with a smile on my face and she walked over to me and demanded i stand for the rest of the duration i was in the bank and hurry up, very unprofessional and rude. If she is that emotional i reccomend she doesnt work with people lol. everyone else there was really nice but shes the manager and acts that way, disgusting.Have a great day!

It took 30 minutes to get thru the line that was hideously long only to arrive at the window with slugs with no smile for cashiers. We had to wait 10 minutes to get 2 checks cashed. Where are the friendly and efficent cashiers that used to call us by name? Where's the customer service?

We used centennial bank to refinance and do a 15 year fixed mortgage on an existing home. We were able to get the interest-rate about half as much as we were paying and got the years cut down by almost 8 years and ended up with about the same payment amount. Amanda Russell did a wonderful job working the loan I would highly recommend using her if you’re even considering refinancing your home interest rates are low so you should really take a vantage of this opportunity while it last. Thanks for all your help.. Limo Mike

Do not use this bank...... they will not work with customers they only fee you to death. Lots of better banks and credit unions to deal with in the area that Value you as a customer.

Amanda Moradel in the mortgage department was absolutely great to work with. As a Realtor I represented buyers purchasing their first home and Amanda helped to finance their home. Her communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure her clients needs are met are second to none. I would highly recommend any home buyers contact Amanda for questions regarding financing.

Deeply disappointed in this bank. I have done business there for 15 yrs. Unfortunately, they gave me bad information that cost me a lot of money. I received no apology. If you are looking for someone to protect your money I suggest looking elsewhere.

These folks are fantastic! When they took over the little bank that my Mom had her IRA in, I was a little worried, since I had recently taken over her affairs as dementia advanced. They were great, putting the DPOA in the system so I didn't have to carry it every time. Afterward they helped set up a separate checking account under the POA. Later they were a great help setting up a VA Fiduciary account for her, and finally a Medicaid qualified income trust to accept her Soc. Sec. and pensions to pay the nursing home the Patient Share each month. Now that Mom has passed,, these will be winding down, but I may move some of my own business over just because they a such great folks to work with. Well done!
