“We brought in a 2010 family vehicle that had been sitting idle for about 3-4 months. The exterior as well as the interior was in really bad condition. But after speaking with John, at Tally’s Panhandle Detail, he assured us that the vehicle would be in top notch condition upon completion. And he was right!!John and his team restored the vehicle to an amazing state. Much better than we’d expected. Their customer service was great, and their detailing service was even better. Highly recommend this place!!”

“I needed a carpet/steam cleaning for my daughter's mini van. It had stains, grime and a smell like mildew. Duane came by in the late evening and did an excellent job! I am very impressed with his work detail and the smell is very pleasant now. Definitely will be calling him again. Thank you Duane!”

“Pros:
-Amazing “basic” cleaning service. My car looks brand new. It looks beyond basic!
-The lounge area is well conditioned, clean, and very spacious (very kid friendly too!). There was a TV with many app options for adults and children.
-Coffee and a granola bar were available.
-The owner was very friendly, professional and was great eye candy.
- The service was quick considering how badly my car needed it!
Cons:
-The building is a bit ducked off and harder to find.
- There wasn’t anyone initially present to guide me on where to park my car for service.
- There isn’t a bathroom in the lounge area. You have to walk through the service area to used the bathroom (which wasn’t very clean).
Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back as needed.”

“I’ve been just getting up and going with my crazy work schedule and it shows in my car. I got off at 7am and pulled up the car wash because it was the only one open. I was met by DAN with a bright and happy spirit. He had great hospitality and even offered to bring me extra rags etc. 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“Called Thompson’s earlier today looking for a few specific tires for a trailer. They had them sitting to the side ready to go when I got there. Everyone was very polite and it was a super easy transaction. Would highly recommend them if you’re close to Tallahassee and need tires.”
“This is a long post, but worth the read.
I took my 91 year old grandmother's car for a detail at the "only wash place" she uses bc "no where else gets a car as clean as they do and the other people charge twice as much!"
I dropped her at her salon and drove about a mile to Super Suds. I realized the key was in her purse at the same time I pushed the button to turn the car off.
I panicked internally bc i realized the car was in the middle of their process line at lunch hour. The first employee I explained the problem to calmly told me to take a deep breath and relax- and not in a condescending way- but in a way that gave me a genuine place of comfort.
Once other employees came to question the car sitting in the middle of a busy work line (each one being incredibly understanding) a female employee approached me and said "Im so sorry that happened. I'll drive you to the salon!" And seconds later I was in her personal vehicle talking about her kids, and headed to get the keys.
Once I returned my grandmother's car was in the wash quickly, and shortly after I was told it was ready just in time to return to pick her up from her hair appointment.
The car was beyond spotless, but that was nowhere near the best part of my experience at Super Suds. The detail to the car was exceptional, but the detail to customer service and the entire experience is what's pivotal in making this place exceptional.
Customer service like this is rare. These folks care about the car but they also value the customer!”
“For a self-serve prep and vacuum car detail, Red has more to offer than most. A sud bucket with a soft brush for your windshield and bumper is available before you enter the wash-o-matic tunnel. Then to spruce up your ride they offer a vacuum and clean wash rags with water available. My country Forrester looks like a city Cadillac after a little elbow grease. Thanks!”

“I uses a credit card. Machine said $3 for 4 min. It my first time with this facility. It was a bit confusing. Bottom line... $15 for 6 minutes 15 seconds.
Either wash at home or be very careful.
EDIT.... my apologies. Had I waited I would have discovered that the actual charge was $5. This result was in line with my expectation.”

“The equipment was great! The pressure washer and brush were nearly perfect. There seemed to be a good chemical pump system. The soapy options produce a lot of foam. The instructions were posted and easy to follow. Cost was average. The only downside is that the dials and machine are outdated and the bay we used was full of leaves and dirt. It definitely could be better maintained, but all in all... I enjoyed it.”
