“Recently used a rental reserved for me by someone else.The size of the vehicle was fine, the fuel, drive and overall handle of the car was fine. Customer service was great if you dial the toll free number. The local office is always staffed but it's high traffic so they do get busy and can't answer calls all the time.Prep to sometime go in to the local office you rented from. It's helpful to remember that so that you don't have to worry about who to talk to. Go to the office listed in your receipt or documents. They are more helpful. ?Thank you all .”

“Had a pretty good experience here – they didn't have a sedan like I reserved, but they offered me a Toyota minivan instead. It was new and had surprisingly good mileage (36 mpg) so I went for that, but otherwise would have been in trouble. The van was in great condition and clean. The rep I was with was helpful but not super clear in explaining terms/options/etc.”
