My experience with this company, is hopeless, not once,but two times they sent me the wrong masks, their service sucks,they won't answer the phone, you can leave a message, and they won't call u back, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.,I told them I didn't want there service anymore, but they still mailed it to me, they took to long to send me my refills ,and they lie.,I read the reviews, and they have more bad than good..,but I wanted give them a chance..the reviews was right. Very unprofessional. Don't go here, unless you want to be disappointed..

Take your chances at McDonald's or selling crack before considering working here.this place is a joke the owners a great guy but feel like he is going to lose his business because of the guy he has in charge of hiring drivers and doing deliveries. Hopefully he will fire this guy and put someone in charge that actually cares about people not just drivers but the patience as well..His name is Gillie. He is unprofessional disrespectful and will lie to you every chance he gets. He will talk to you like a dog try to start stuff between you and your co-workers make you drive unsafe vehicles no air conditioning bald tires tags out of date he will tell you he will fix them but conveniently never gets around to it. This place has lost four drivers and one office staff and the matter of 2 weeks.. if you need medical equipment recommend to your insurance company rotech or lincare.

very unprofessional. it took months to get my dme supplies. when they finally got it together it was on the truck for delivery on Friday but never showed. today is Thursday and after being on the truck everyday waiting on the equipment now they just won't answer and I have yet to get the equipment that is already paid for.

Worked here for 4 weeks and got fired because I didn't want to keep riding around in a van with no AC and windows would not go down in the middle of Florida summer by Gilley they are scam artist and tell me all the time to try to upsell everything and take advantage of people that really do need help The motto is their family's dying so what does money matter to them.

I have been trying to exchange my cpap mask for over a month.. Went by the business after a doctor's appointment stood up front for 15 minutes then a guy comes out the back and asked what I needed. I told I am exchanging a mask for my cap. HE states you'll have to wait I can't do that. I know it's a job but most businesses want staff to have dual rolls. I am changing to a more professional company.

If I could give a minus 10 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Unreasonable in every way possible. Avoid at all cost. Charged me for 2 months scooter rental, but DEMANDED the scooter back after one month! Then sent me to collections! I am a reasonable person, they are not.

Ugh. Not a professional business. Was treated poorly, which happens. They had no remorse or help (even the owner). Finally got what I paid for except it was not charged and delivered way later. Ruined my day and weekend.

I would recommend this business to anyone needing medical equipment - if they do not have it available they will find it - best customer service ever for owner & staff - really helpful in finding what you need - we bought both scooter & upright walker from them last week - our sales rep. Delia was the best very friendly & helpful - this is a great place to do business if you need medical related items
