J̌essica D. Wade provided me and my wife with the best car buying experience that we have ever had. She was pleasant and knowledgeable about the Mercedes we were interested in and didn't waste our time showing us cars we told her we had no interest in buying. She's a top notch Salesperson who guided us through the Finance and Warranty process. We were most impressed with the on boarding tutorial she provided so we were able to drive off the lot knowing that Jessica Wade honored us as US ARMY Veterans when she thanked us for our service and provided us the knowledge to be safe onthe highway in our E300 Mercedes. Recently I stopped into Capital Eurocars to have my Mercedes C300 serviced and was reminded about my Father in Law’s advice years ago about when to know it’s time to trade in your vehicle for a new one. Right about then, Jessica D. Wade walked up and graciously offered me her assistance; “is there anything I can do to assist you?” My given name is JDW and Jessica provided the knowledge and insight about the cars I was interested in from the beginning. Yes, I knew she would be able to help me. She fulfilled my requests just as I asked. When I said we don’t like white cars, she didn’t include one in her extensive knowledge of the Brown and Black Mercedes I asked to see. Her responses to my questions were on point. She allowed me the time to go bring my husband bake to the lot to assist me in selecting the car we both wanted and today we are driving the car we selected with her expert assistance. Oh and her onboarding guidance is above and beyond. She knows how everything works and gave us a tutorial that we were able to drive home without having any questions. Thank you Jessica D. Wade.

First class from start to finish! This is the second time I've worked with Claude Rabbath on securing a new vehicle. He dispels the myth that car shopping is a stressful experience.
