We had a wonderful experience at Capital Volvo. This was our 2nd XC90 purchase. Michael Phillips was our salesman and he was exemplary in ever area. Our first XC90 was 10 years old so we weren’t up to date on all of the new features but Michael was very patient and went over every single feature with us. He worked us out a great deal and we are 100% pleased with every aspect of this experience due to him walking us through it all. We are older and this kind patient young man will never be forgotten by the two of us. And he even took photos of us with the new ride!

Our experience at Capital Volvo could not have been better. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We always felt listened to and our needs and desires carefully addressed. Our situation was a bit complicated and Adam Kelly was perfectly able to guide us through the experience to the solution that was best for us. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good about the friendly, efficient people at Capital Volvo with whom we dealt recently. In particular, salesman Jeremiah Franklin was the best, most knowledgeable, pleasant, and straight forward professional with whom I have worked buying a new car. At 76, not my first rodeo! I would recommend Jeremiah unequivocally.

Highly recommend working with Brad and Capital Volvo... I shopped the whole state of Florida for the car I wanted. Capital Volvo had the car AND the best terms. Brad Snyder was honest and transparent through the whole process and even picked me up at the airport to get me to the dealership to ink the deal.Even their Finance Manager had a nice sense of humor... just really good people throughout at Capital Volvo.

I have been shopping for a new Volvo for a while now and when I saw what I wanted at Capital Euro Cars, I was hesitant to reach out to them because of the recent bad experience I had with Capital BMW. However, Jeremiah Franklin, and his business manager Janice made the buying process effortless. I was not about to sit for hours in the dealership. And with their Fast Buy option, my purchase took no time. Everything was handled electronically. Jeremiah even offered to deliver the car to me in Thomasville, GA! If you are in the market for a new car, please go see Jeremiah. He is the epitome of great customer service.

Mason helped me and my family make my first vehicle purchase. He was very patient, honest, and willing to work with me on figuring out if this was the best choice without pressuring me.Staff were great, stayed late and answered all of my questions. Everyone has been polite... BUT they've had my car for about a month and no one has even looked at it yet. That's not acceptable, no matter how nice you are or how "upfront" you are about your backlog of work.

He knew what we were looking for and when he got one in he immediately called us. We had contacted multiple dealers all over Florida and Michael was the one who provided constant feedback and ultimately found the vehicle we wanted.
