Let me sum this up the best way I can.... I was in the industry for awhile and have a fair amount of experience in finance and insurance. When I first went there to purchase an Outlander, I told them, hey, don't shop my credit, I already have a bank lined up. Without my permission, they ran my credit anyway to "ensure I got the best deal". This took quite a few points off my credit, which I did not appreciate. The new car I purchased also has a leaking sunroof, and had stains in the roof that I noticed when I got it home. I've been trying to set an appointment now for weeks to not only have this assessed but to get my oil changed, which you are supposed to get three free. They promised to return the calls, but how many messages can you leave before it just becomes a chore? But, being that I am a reasonable person, I decided to give them one more shot and brought my Grandmother there since I like Mitsubishi (not this store, but the brand); big surprise they had a new guy there that fat fingered the paperwork and caused a whole issue on her literal perfect credit. Luckily, I still know people and asked the lender to reverse it since it was a rookie mistake. I told the dealership team to let me handle it. They said I was full of s*** and that you can't get a decision like that reversed. 15 minutes later, I had the decision reversed. They even shook my hand afterward and said they'd never seen anything like it. My assumption here is that these people do not know their lenders on a personal level, and it's painfully obvious in their inability to fix simple mistakes. As a prior car guy, with experience in both the front end and back end, I can say this dealership lacks the basic skills that would drastically improve their performance as a store and sales force. But I think my biggest problem now that the sale is over is getting the oil changed. I'm at 1K over the oil change. I will have to pay out of pocket soon enough to fix it, even though it is in fact covered by the dealership if I want to safely keep driving this vehicle. As a final note, I was supposed to receive a gift card for showing up on my first purchase. This never happened. I was also supposed to recieve additional money. This also never happened. If you know nothing about dealerships and how they work, this place likely won't bother you. But as a professional, I can say this is unimpressive on nearly every front.

First I have to say that it was because of Chelsea and here beautiful consistency that I made the decision to give this dealership a try. With that said.. from the time I walked in the door the attentiveness and care was evident that this was no ordinary dealership ! Mr. Michel and Mr. Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty to find me the perfect vehicle! They listened to my requests for what I wanted and then went to Greater Levels of service to make sure that happened for me! The. Mr. Prince and his professionalism really made me forget I was purchasing anything ... It was such a beautiful experience... I absolutely love my New Vehicle but most of all I am thankful for Chelsea and her beautiful consistency... Because it lead me to a space where I could get what I have been needing for so long !
Thank you to everyone at Capital City Mitsubishi where I truly received The Diamond TREATMENT ! OH I can't forget Mr. Mike and the Detail team ... Oh my goodness what can I say I could go on and on about the amazing day I had just because of the kindness and consideration of the amazing staff at Capital City Mitsubishi ????

We bought a 2024 outlander earlier this year and the finance department wouldn’t sell us the car we actually wanted and sold us a less expensive one and tacked on additional services we didn’t ask for but we went with it because we needed a car asap. They told us we had a maintenance contract and GAP coverage which was important to us. Fast forward two months and the tornado took out the car and it was totaled. Now we’re fighting tooth and nail because they lied and there’s no gap, and they are being ridiculous about refunding the 4k maintenance plan. That happened in May. It’s nearing the end of August. So buyer beware, they have shady finance people/practices, and refuse to refund the additional services that were purchased or even help you figure out who to even call. Read everything. I wish we did. We went to Ford and got a much better car at a much better interest rate and no shady practices.

Ive bee loyal to this place for over 5 years. The last visit I went to find out what was going on with my AC. I was told the compressor went out and the freon was leaking. Then I was informed that freon was added to my car. No one asked if I wanted to add freon. I was charged $200 for freon that lasted 2 days and I didn't request!!

I purchased a 2024 Outlander from here on 7/26/24 and all I can say is Mr. Mike made sure the process was a breeze I explained to him how my last 2 car purchases wasn't the vehicle I wanted I showed him what I wanted he made sure I left there in it. I love you forever Mr. Mike ❤️
