The fact they have the lobby is closed and not open on saturday at all absolutely makes it impossible for a working person to do banking Business. I realize it's covid but not being able to access my money is unfair.

If I could rate this place no stars, I definitely would. Capital City Bank customers should avoid this location at all costs- or at least their most unapologetically ignorant employee Jacob. He does not serve his customers in a manner that is helpful or hospitable in any way, shape or form. I will never go back to this location after how I was treated by this bumbling imbecile. He caused my account to be overdrawn and insisted it was my fault - even though he was the one who had just cleared my account out to 0.00 balance and decided to then charge me $10 for a replacement debit card. When I asked if I needed to pay for it, he said it would automatically bill my account -still not giving me fair warning it would over draw it. I thought he was there to help me so I thought the money would come out when the $10 was in my account; otherwise I wouldn't have pulled out all my money to $0.00 balance. Thank god for having friends in the banking system that were able to wave the $35 overdraw fee for me -correcting the mistake of the simpleton Capital City on Capital Circle NE decided to put in charge. If it wasn't for them, Jacob would have caused me to pay $45 for a $10 debit card based on his lack of communication skills. People like Jacob should not work in customer service especially if they can't realize they were the fault in the situation. I will make sure to have everyone avoid Capital City "Money Hungry" Bank and make sure to never recommend any of my friends go to this specific location.
