The bank manager and staff have no idea what they’re doing. Incompetence is an understatement! Protocols and staff have beyond terrible customer service. This bank deserves to be shut down and I never say that about any business.

My car broke down in the pouring rain and I was able to roll into this bank's parking lot. I called for a tow (2hr. wait, of course and hot and muggy too) and went inside to fill the manager in on my situation and let them know I was waiting on a tow. They thanked me for telling them, then asked me to leave their bank immediately! I mentioned that it was pouring rain outside and my car was dead (no power, AC, wipers, etc.), I had nowhere to go but to stand in the rain or sit in my car with no AC, etc. They did not even think about assisting me! I even offered to apply for a mortgage (legitimately), which they said I couldn't do there (never suggested that I apply for a savings account or anything else!) They just refused to let me stand there for 1 minute to avoid the downpour. Needless to say I'll never do business with these mean, insensitive people, and I hope nobody else does either!

ATM took my money didn't return card and all I was told to do is fill out a dispute form and wait up to ten days as if it's an acceptable answer. I will be closing my account and I definitely will not be referring
