I love this bank but they don't have zelle for business accounts so now I'm probably going to have to use Wells Fargo who I absolutely hate! But that zelle for business accounts is so important... I can't not have it on account... Very sad about this I sure hope they step up there game a pay what ever they need to pay so we can have zelle on business accounts

Branch employees very nice. Corporate division was difficult and basically closed down my business when they froze the account on supposition. Never proved their position.

I paid off my motorcycle loan early, I asked how long to get lien released electronically and was told 7-10 days. It's been 12 day! Called today and the answer is 10 working days. Why am I waiting on something that shouldn't take more than 3 days, it's electronic.You got the money now I want my service.Bad policy/business!!!

I have been banking with Capital City Bank for about 5 years now. At first I loved Capital City and recommended them to co-workers and friends. Recently, they had an issue with their ATM's and did not post any notices on the ATM or send me any notice that they were down. I deposited my money and did not receive it in my account as it should have been available immediately so that I could pay a bill that was due on that day.Then, I recently had a few withdrawals from purchases that had been done 2 weeks ago and it just came out of my account yesterday. I called to see if I could get at least 1 of the overdraft fees ($35 ea) (there were like 5 on my account?! for a total of about $50 that had been over drafted) removed and they tell me that they can't do anything to help me because of over drafting mistakes I made when I was younger and still new to banking, they told me that they only assist with 2 overdraft fees PER LIFETIME OF THE ACCOUNT. So if I stayed with them for 50 years, they would not help with any over draft fees ever again since they assisted me in 2019?! Ridiculous. I will be closing my account ASAP. I refuse to bank with a bank that will not help when I really need it although I have made an effort to make sure that my account with them is in good standing despite previous mistakes. Just because I made mistakes in the past doesn't mean that I don't deserve help in the future. All I asked for was for at least one of the fees be removed and they would not BUDGE. There should have been some type of way or program or something that they could have offered me and they gave me nothing. I am so disappointed in them and very upset.

ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA. The people are always EXTREMELY rude, from the tellers all the way to the CEO of the company. They speak to you like you’re ignorant, even when trying to ask questions to be more aware. Once this loan of mine is payed off, I WILL BE DONE WITH THEM COMPLETELY. I will always warn people away from this business. So glad they only exist in a few states because this bank is AWFUL at every single location!!!

What kind of a bank has an online platform WHERE YOU CAN NOT GET STATEMENTS, THERE ARE NO STATEMENTS, even though you have been with the bank for over 20 year. CCBG - Get new programmers - they cant even place text in the viewing field of a browser. For a bank of this size, I am sure they can find programmers with greater than a highschool education. Never seen anything like it.

This is worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. All the employees that we were in contact with are incompetent and obviously have no idea what they are doing. We applied for a Construction loan in Mid-July. We of course had to wait for the sale of our previous home which was in Mid-August. After that everything with this bank went downhill, it is now nearing the end of November and we still have not gotten a clear to close date. They asked for the same documents several times, the appraisal company they used was just as incompetent as they are. Took almost a month to have a correct appraisal done and it was still done half-***. They take their sweet precious time apparently, not caring that they are dealing with peoples lively hood. They have not been able to start building our home because of all of these delays from this bank. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait, every time we ask for an update we are told to wait another day which turns into another week. After getting a supervisor involved we still are being told to wait. I could seriously go on and on about how unprofessional, unmotivated and uneducated these people are. Save yourself some stress and aggravation, stay away and choose literally any other bank.

mom is deceased but your bank is still drafting payments from MY account. I called to have it stopped but you won't talk to me because I'm not my mom...she isn't alive! Stop debiting my account. #shameful #predatory worst customer no-service experience ever!

I called 1 month ahead of expiration to get a new ATM card sent to me. They never sent it, then lied and said they did when it expired and I called them again. They recently instituted a checking account fee for any balance.

Capital City on-line banking is off line today. I was told that they are doing an update. Who does an in the prime time of operations? Why not send an email to account holders alerting them of the problem? This is bad planning!!!!!

Tonight I was towed from the bank parking lot after hours (parked there because El Cocinero lot was full). In 25 years of living in Tallahassee, I've seen the bank lot used for after hours parking by people going to St. Johns, Cypress, every single parade. But apparently, now you tow? I had to wait for 45 minutes at 10:30 at night in a sketchy area for my car to be released. Thanks a lot.
