I bought a wig based on loving the display.When I got home, I found the wig they sold me had a completely different curl pattern than the display I tried on. They would not allow a return or exchange, only the explanation that the display had been styled in house. If the display has been altered from its original style and that is not communicated to the customer at the time of purchasing a wig based on that display, that is bad business, regardless of policy.

I have been coming to Cali's since they 1st opened in Tallahassee I love the owners and the workers they always provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere when in any of there locations that’s why prefer all my clients and anyone who needs hair products to go to Cali’s❤️??? On 8/6 I came to the Apalachee Pkwy store and purchased a product that when I got home was not in my bag after traveling 1 hour back to my home in Madison county. I called the Monroe store location and spoke with a young lady that gave the phone to the, who I now know is the owner Amir. He was very polite. I explained my situation and he advised that when I come back to town to have my receipt and if he was not in the store the ask for AD, have him to call him if he had any questions.I did just that and after explaining my situation to the person, I learned he was AD he was rude and questioned me as to why I waited so long and advised this is not their product because it won't scan. So, I asked him to call Amir and he said he would not. So, I said you're not going to call him? He repeated no.To get asisstance I contacted the Monroe store and Terry helped me and was so kind to contact Amir for me. I was able to exchange the product. To top it off I never opened the product but AD did when he did the return and saw it had been used. Not even sure how that may have happened.It is unfortunate but I will never visit the Apalachee Pkwy store.

I love their stores. They are always so friendly and polite. Very helpful and they have no problems with in store exchanges at all. Very welcoming staff. Customer service is A1.

Cali's can be a bit pricey sometimes in comparison to other hair stores but I came in today hoping to find something good.I had my mind set on some Jerry curl hair I was gonna sew in but I turned the corner and bumped into something else ?It was a cute blond wig that I got for only 49.99I love it ...I also brought some earrings for 1.00+ and gel, and a stocking cap.This wig is gonna look so cute when I go to Tampa ?Thanks Cali

Calis beauty is a very popular store for sure, so I decided to take my mother into the south Monroe location today unfortunately she wasn’t pleased with the music they were playing… a lot of cussing, using the N word followed by describing the female body parts. My mother wasn’t pleased with the music so she insisted that we leave. I was disappointed… maybe a better music selection should be recommended to play.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHEREI was sold a T part human lace wig, which I specifically told the employee I didn't want and the wig I asked for and was shown was human 360 full lace wig.I called to ask if I could exchange due to the error being made by their employee and it had not been open and I had my receipt and the owner Amir said he couldn't exchange it due to it being past 7 days. I was highly upset even though the owner offered a 40% discount off my next purchase, because I was still stuck with a $300 wig that I didn't want. After going back and fourth yes he went back and fourth with, my phone hung up, and Amir called me back with an attitude asking did I hang up on him! Now we're going back and fourth again and Amir's horrible attitude and unprofessionalism continued while I on the other hand I had calmed down and apologized for how I had came off initially and was trying to get him to understand why I was frustrated. Fast foward when I called about the discount he made it clear he wasn't going to give me the discount so he basically lied and pretended he would give it, asking me for my name and # and said he would notify the other owners of the discount. He also said when I called about the discount today " yea I remember you said that you weren't here shopping here anymore '', which I did day prior to him offering me the discount. So he's clearly full of it and a liar and as a business owner he should have honored what he said. I had been told not to buy wigs from there by other people and I should of listened. Moving forward I won't shop there and will advise others not too!. Amir was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and took no accountability for the mistake his employee made. He also had the nerve to get offended when I said he was unprofessional, what do you call a owner who is combative and goes back and fourth with not only a customer but a woman due to an error made on their end?? He also implied I was lying on the young girl that sold me the wrong wig!! I was in disbelief of the treatment he gave as an owner.They also false advertise when it comes to wigs. SN this is the Cali's on South Monroe
