While the local department store here is okay, I've found that with a little time and patience, I can usually find something decent by scrolling through the clothing racks. However, I must admit, the Burlington stores in out-of-town locations seem to offer a lot more variety.

I used to love coming here for the Big and Tall section, but now it's a dumping area for whenever the person hanging up the clothes wants to hurry and be done with it. Random sizes throughout.

Update: 4 or 5 months ago, I posted my review here as well as sent a comment through Burlington's website. I received responses to both, stating that the issue would be addressed. A few weeks later, I decided to give the location another go and have not encountered the difficult employee since. After 2 or 3 additional visits, I was able to not tense up in expectation of a confrontation and am again a regular customer.

The customer service was bad because my 2 year old was crying and they told me if he don’t stop, I will be kick out and that what baby’s do they cry.

Great selection with low prices. The store needs to be organized and cleaned between the racks. This will move 4 stars to 5 stars. I bought a $150 jacket for only $39.99. ?

My room was never as mess as this place and I couldn't believe how expensive things were. Thankfully citi trends wasn't far and had what I needed. May not be name brand but works all the same. Charging 50 plus for thin hoodies and I get a thicker better one for 13 at citi foh... trash first experience. Everyone else had the same confused look I did maybe people walked off the job that day or something

Great prices for nice clothing. Agood selection of winter coats. The clothing selection is great and the prices are good. The store is clean.
