I came in your store to get assistance from a person I believe that was the manager. He was a tall black gentleman. He assisted me a little over a year ago. The employees that were in there were extremely rude. The guy was really the only reason I came back in because of his customer service. I will not ever return to the Tallahassee store. The employees that are in the location now are sad.

Poor management..... Could change a few things for sure!!! Manager literally was calling an employee's name multiple times who was helping us with our party on this Saturday which took away time from my party and me. I could tell this made the employee uncomfortable. I believe his name was "David" ... Rude and was standing around the whole time .

Visited for the first time today and will absolutely be back! The lady making soaps greeted us as soon as we walked in and explained everything to us. She was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. The soaps are so vibrant and colorful, and they smell wonderful!

Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place. Not just Buff City and its products (which are spectacular; “rain” is one of the secret scents that I use for my detergent and scent booster), but especially the people who work at the Tally Buff City. They’re knowledgeable, caring, and patient, but also just incredibly wholesome folks. This is the only place I get my soaps and laundry items, and I don’t ever intend for that to change!

I love this store! The guy that helped my friend and I was very knowledgeable about the products I bought. So far Good Morning Sunshine is my favorite in the Body Butter.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the product.... How can you make claims that you aren't using harmful chemicals when all of your soaps and products are loaded with fragrance oils which are artificial scents! Yet you still confuse and trick customers by using the names of well-known essential oils like lavender and lemongrass, sandalwood, patchouli ect...it's funny ? how you say "notes of this and notes of that" when there isn't a drop of these in your products.!! you can't claim to be "Plant- based" and use artificial fragrance oils! After using soap only scented with 100% pure essential oils from Blake's Body Bars ( a local soap company)I left this store with headache ?

Wow I am in love with buff City soaps flew out to Texas one weekend needed a bar of soap my niece bought me a bar of soap OMG it flew by to Thomasville with me every since then I located buff City soaps in Tallahassee and let me tell you can't hardly stay out of there if you have never been ladies bath bombs soap lotion detergent all made in house I could not believe it buff City I give you a five star
