Boot Barn is a Country Chic paradise, and it has stolen my heart the moment I walked in. Boot Barn is probably my favourite shop in Tallahassee! The quality of their boots and clothing is truly exceptional - unlike anything else I've found around town.

Took my son’s Stetson in to ask about cleaning.. (I lost my boy a few months ago from a car accident in Texas so this hat is beyond important to me) A young gentleman came right over and went to work. Excellent job in just a few min and I’m a very happy customer to say the lest. Staff were very friendly and courteous as soon as I walked in.

I went and purchased a pair of boots on April 20 with the amazing and professional assistance from Devan. She was great at assisting with my footwear needs! Thank you Devan!!! About two weeks later the boots didn’t work out. No fault of yours Devan. So I called Boot Barn and my call was received by Casey, who was also amazing to speak with on the phone; polite, friendly, and professional. Due to the nature of my situation, she transferred me to the store manager Tiffany. After my conversation with Tiffany, she told to me to come see her and she will assist me. OOHHH she did more than assist. As I sat on the floor trying different boots, she sat on the floor with me, pulling boots and asking questions so we could fix my issue at hand. In no time at all she had me on my feet and on the go.
Tiffany, where do I start; this whole experience has been so smooth from the start. You showed compassion, understanding, and heart, which is reflected in your team. Thank you.
Due to my experience, my loyalty to this Boot Barn store has been solidified, not because of the amazing products they offer, but due to the service!!!
