“They did repair work on my car after a wreck and it did look good, however the main issue I brought up wasn’t addressed as they said they couldn’t “replicate the problem” but it was the first thing I noticed when I got it back. (They called and asked to have it dropped off because it was convenient for them. I wasn’t able to pick the car up and the person who picked it up for me is too nice for confrontation so he didn’t say anything) I called back and they really just didn’t help. Won’t be coming back for mechanical work but they do a good job with body work and the pricing is actually good compared to other shops.”

“I got into an accident less than two weeks ago and it left my car undrivable as the entire front exterior needed to be redone. I had called Jeff’s to see if I could send my car there and they said they may not even be able to start work on it for at least 3 weeks, but I sent it there anyways. I am SO glad that I did. My insurance said they planned to total it but the mechanic at Jeff’s did his own estimate and helped vouch for me and my car to my insurance company as he believed it was not at all totaled. I know nothing about cars or how anything works, and they were so helpful the entire time and made sure to help me work with my insurance. I got a call today saying that my car was already done (they only received my car a week and a half ago). I was beyond surprised to have my car back so soon (and it looks AMAZING), and when I asked they said that the mechanic had worked on his time off to get my car fixed up. These people are so caring and personable and if you’re unsure of where to go I HIGHLY recommend this place.”
