He made sure the vehicle was delivered to us in a timely manner and he gave us a very good tutorial on how everything works. Regarding our past vehicles he has been prompt and went to great lengths to get the service we required. He has fulfilled each of his commitments. We would also like to give recognition to the F&I Manager Jamie Crum for getting us a lower interest rate than first quoted.”

“My check engine light came on after I had my oil changed with Chevrolet service center in Quincy. I took it back and he said the part was on back order but I found out that it wasn't the part that I needed. I took it to Champion Chevrolet on Tennessee St. In Tallahassee and that's when I found out that it needed a whole gas tank due to the sensor inside the tank but they couldn't fix it because the warranty would've collapsed. He recommended me to take it to Chevrolet GMC on Capital Circle NE. I was.tired of driving so I took it back to my hometown Chevrolet GMC and they still did fix the problem. Finally I made an appointment with Chevrolet GMC in Tallahassee on Capital Cir. N.E. they told me it needed a turbine and gas tank. It took the parts two days to come in. They kept it for a week and went over everything to make sure they fixed every detail. BRI called me Monday to pick it up. I made the right choice and will be going back for all my services. My service team Brianna Rowan was great at keeping me updated about my car. Thanks to the mechanics that worked on it.”
“Several years ago I took my 2012 Porsche Cayenne to Competition Paint and Body to have the brake calipers painted. They did an excellent job. I have since moved and purchased another Porsche 2019. There work was so good that I will travel back to have my new car painted again.Service: Painting”

“Took a good friend of mine there for a headlight assembly install on his Altima but also wanted a honest opinion on a vehicle he recently purchased here at a dealership in Tallahassee. We suspected it had been wrecked because one headlight was brand new. So my friend just simply bought a new assembly for the drivers side. I knew that the shop would have to remove bumper to put assembly in. I asked Mr. Jim to let us know what he found and document it for us. My my my he was brutally honest the car is bad. The frame is off center and wires were cut zip tied and all. He wrote us a report. THIS IS WHY I RECOMMEND THEM. THANK YOU SEMINOLE PAINT AND BODY. FROM ONE CAR GUY TO ANOTHER. “I got into an accident less than two weeks ago and it left my car undrivable as the entire front exterior needed to be redone. I had called Jeff’s to see if I could send my car there and they said they may not even be able to start work on it for at least 3 weeks, but I sent it there anyways. I am SO glad that I did. My insurance said they planned to total it but the mechanic at Jeff’s did his own estimate and helped vouch for me and my car to my insurance company as he believed it was not at all totaled. I know nothing about cars or how anything works, and they were so helpful the entire time and made sure to help me work with my insurance. I got a call today saying that my car was already done (they only received my car a week and a half ago). I was beyond surprised to have my car back so soon (and it looks AMAZING), and when I asked they said that the mechanic had worked on his time off to get my car fixed up. These people are so caring and personable and if you’re unsure of where to go I HIGHLY recommend this place.”

“I had a damaged tailgate that, thankfully, the company that caused it was kind enough to have assessed and serviced. We were advised to go to Lisa's Paint & Body Shop. My brother did just that (after calling and scheduling an initial assessment date), and had a wonderful experience with them! I learned that the tailgate had to be replaced, and that they'd need us to drop the truck off to have it removed to recycle certain accessories ( handle, camera, etc.) for the new one. I later scheduled a date to stop by to have the tailgate removed. It was the day after Memorial Day, and first thing in the morning. One would expect the staff would be too busy and in a rush (since it was the day after a holiday and the weekend), but it was far from that. I had a wonderful experience with them from the time they asked for my name (and mispronounced it). My brother did warn me I was in for a good time/laugh with the staff, and he was right! They removed the tailgate in what seemed to be 4-5 minutes (and even picked on the lightbulb I mended with duct tape, which caused more laughter) and I was on my way. I stopped back by in less than a week to have the new tailgate installed, and it's awesome... the paint matches perfectly, the bed liner is spectacular, the camera and handle work as expected, and it was even polished and waxed. We've passed by this shop for years and never knew the type of energy contained in there. Everyone was kind, which I can appreciate. Even the Golden Retriever was nice. (= I felt welcome there and I'm thankful that a not-so-great (initial) occurrence with my vehicle being damaged resulted in a well-handled, streamlined and well-executed experience. Thank you all and keep up the great work!!”

“I am a difficult, perfectionist. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I picked up my truck, I was treated like I was the most important customer. Everything was explained to me, and nothing was a full-on promise. Things were explained to me in real life. Nothing is ever perfect after an accident or vandalism, but they made my truck look like new. Some of the pieces of my truck needed replacement and they were up front about everything. I was even allowed to add in a few items that I would have to pay out of pocket for. Nothing is sugar coated and that is rare these days. Hands down the best shop I've ever been to. I will seek them out again.... hopefully not anytime soon.... but if ever needed in the future. “I don't wreck my car too much but if I did, I'd take it there. This was years ago but I stopped by with my baby boy in the car and a guy there fixed a door problem and would not charge me anything. I was a poor young girl back then but I asked him how much and all he said was, "I don't want your baby flinging out the car." I rode up the street to my mom's house and got five dollars ( I paid her back later ) and took it to him, he was very surprised. Even then the work was worth $20, but he did it from his heart. I don't pass by very often but when I do, I say a lil prayer for him wherever he is. I would really take my car there to this day if it needs it. I never forget a kindness, that buys my loyalty. If by some chance he still works there he's getting a big hug from me too.”
