Great service travel to Tallahassee for a competition we had an accident with the bike and needed repairs came into the store. Worried not knowing if they can help us. staff was understanding and helpful great attitude fixed the bike in no time recommend this store anyone in the area. thank you guys.

Personalized service, the team knows their customers and how to serve them. I broke a component, came in and requested a replacement part, but they still did research to be sure I was getting the right part for my bike. The agent who helped me was new, but the team lead recognized me and told him the specific bike I had purchased over a year ago. I don't come by the store very often, but needless to say I was very impressed and felt valued as a customer.

I went in to get a pair of cycling shoes repaired and they were able to replace the shoes with a brand new pair even though I had purchased them over two years ago. I thought they would surely be out of warranty, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

As first time customers, my fiancé and I were greeted by an outstanding employee by the name of Evan in the Tallahassee location. He was extremely helpful and was prompt in answering our questions regarding entry level mountain bikes. He even went as far as assisting us in assembling and mounting our bike rack to our vehicle. We purchased two Marlin 6 bikes, and fell in love with them! We highly recommend this store, and their products.
