Was informed by an Indian man at their call center and their AI system on Wednesday a product was available in store to purchase. I drive 25mins to it and found out I couldn’t until Friday. I showed up at 6am today because I was told it was 2 per person and come to find out when I got inside 4 hours later they only were doing 1. A bunch of miscommunication and unprofessionalism.

Horrible place. Purchased washer dryer. Had delivery date. Morning of delivery, they text me that they will deliver earlier than what I asked for....so I had to take the afternoon off from work.
But then a couple of hours later, Best Buy texts me back saying they canceled the delivery. Soonest re-schedule date is 8 days later.
Thanks BB, how considerate of you. If only Customers/Consumers started treating companies like this the way they treat us. Maybe Best Buy might be more considerate and less selfish and greedy if customers reciprocated. What if a bunch of customers purchased appliances, then cancel the order when the delivery guys are on the road ready to deliver. How would you feel then?
Thanks Best Buy, for the inconvenience and cost of taking the afternoon off of work.

I bought an HP desk top CPU and a HP Monitor and a logistic Key Board with mouse. I noticed that the box for the CPU did not say there was a key board or mouse with the CPU. so, I bought a Keyboard with mouse. Upon opening the CPU there was indeed a Key Board and Mouse. TRIED to return the unopened key board and mouse, was told i had to pay 13.75 to return it because it was part of a bundle. how can it be bundle if there was already a key board and mouse with the CPU to start with. Not very happy and will not be back to ripoff Best Buy.

Called and verified something was in store, told it was 100% there. They gladly take $800 payment over the phone, I show up go inside and wait, get told to go park outside. After waiting for sometime I go inside, and they kindly told me it want there and I’d have to come pick it back up. Thank you Best Buy for wasting my time.

I mean if you know EXACTLY what you're looking for, you're good. But the employees don't seem to be very knowledgeable otherwise. They're good people but they're just a bit uneducated on particulars.
My specific circumstance was having to come in for a battery replacement for a laptop I purchased here. And I drove all the way here only to find out that they don't even sell batteries for the computers they sell 🤷♂️.
Not sure if that's supposed to be common knowledge or what, but at least they're able to tell you what type of battery you need.
Update- Unfortunately I had to bump my rating down to 1-star. I had to purchase a battery from a third party supplier, and when I finally received it and brought it in for a replacement, they told me it was going to take at least 2 days.......2 days to replace a battery on a laptop is absolutely ridiculous considering it's a 10-minute job, at most.
I guess the reason was because they only had 1 technician working in the department. And for a Saturday, that's not very many.

I walked in excited to get a new Mac. I asked to have one of the reps to walk me through some of the different ones. They ended up sending me a lady who had no idea what she was talking about. I asked to speak to someone else and just got waved off. Awful experience. I’ll be buying my mac elsewhere

Post pandemic this place has gone downhill. There is always only one person working in electronics department. Then they help other people instead of the ones who’ve been waiting.

Best Buy is Best Buy. We really don’t have a ton of options in Tallahassee for technology stores. Amazon and other online shopping is really taking over the market for much of shopping nowadays in our world. I personally think that having a brick and mortar place to physically go to to look at things and decide if you really want them by seeing them in person is highly valuable. I hope that our Best Buy never closes.

Absolute SCAM! He sent my iPhone to wrong address after I specifically asked him to change it, and he promised he would. Months went by and I never got my phone until the person it was delivered to returned it to me. I was promised a refund countless times and a replacement phone countless times as well. They failed to tell me until my last visit that the iPhone was out of stock and discontinued. When I tell you I ran back and forth across town to at and t 4 times, Best Buy 5 times, and called apple 4 times before getting a working phone, I’m not exaggerating. The phone didn’t even have service until 5 months later, so I paid about $500 on it before I could even use it. I was laughed at by the woman smacking gum in phone section. I was manipulated and taken advantage of so I didn’t know what to do but keep going in and calling. I reported them to the better business bureau and only after the fact did they offer to do something. By that time I already had the phone. I won’t even go back for the warranty on anything because I’m afraid they’ll take advantage of me again. They are not to be trusted. Update: I posted this review about 2-3 years ago. I updated it recently to fix some grammatical errors. So no, you can’t help me anymore. T Mobile, Apple, and Best Buy wouldn’t help me. I don’t have X or Facebook. Maybe you switched managers and that’s why I’m seeing a response just now. But omg have I never seen such awful customer service. I hope you fix that so it doesn’t happen to other people. I doubt I still have any documentation from that long ago. I did at the time and I submitted it to Better Business Bureau who helped me to do what I already did on my own.

Absolutely in disbelief that Best Buy has “done an investigation” and they decided they can’t determine who took an Apple watch out of a box BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED to our home. The box arrived in pristine condition, no ripped tape or anything yet the EMPTY Apple Watch box remained inside the shipping box. This watch was stolen out of your own damn facility; maybe look at your cameras or do a thorough background check on your employees. This is not the first damn watch that’s been stolen this year out of a delivered box. Did the same employee box both (ALL) orders? Investigate harder, Best Buy. 🙄

The actual best buy store it self is wonderful as long as you are doing store pickup. I went into this store on 1/15/25 and was totally disgusted with the customer service. I went to purchase a case for my sisters cell phone and i couldn’t find it on the shelf and asked for help. That’s when i walked to the counter and seen an employee not help a customer so i attempted my LUCK and to no avail. The employee went on to tell me a long spill about people stealing out the store and what’s displayed on the website for one hour pickup may not be available. I than asked to double check and they refuse to even get off their personal phone call while on duty. I then asked to speak with a manger and to my shock and surprise they said they was the manger. Then asked to speak to a different manger cause i could clearly see i wasn’t getting no where with this one. They then called for a different one and walked away from the counter completely and went to the back and never came back. I then went back over and found the case in another section that they clearly wouldn’t help me look for. The other manger came and assisted and i relayed my complaints to them and they said they was going to talk to them. I doubt it ever occurred cause they didn’t come back at all while i was in the store. This not the professionalism i would want in my store at all helping customers. I work in a professional setting and i would be literally reprimanded if i did this. So with all this beginning said if you help in this BESTBUY do in store pick cause the customers service absolutely is horrendous.
