I PURCHASED MY SONS FIRST CAR FROM HERE AND ONE MORNING I GOT UP AND THE CAR WAS GONE. I REWIND MY VAMERA FOOTAGE AND MATT HAD THE CAR REPOED!!!!! I STOOD IN THE OFFICE AND CALLED THE POLICE ON THEM FOR STEALING MY CAR!!! MATT WON'T EVEN SEND THE LINK TO PAY ON-LINE
NOW ERIC IS GREAT, BUT MATT IS HORRIBLE! HE MAKES MISTAKES ON YOUR PAYMENTS AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR HIS MISTATAKES!!! MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL OF YOUR PAPER WORK AND BANK STATEMENTS. BUT THE CAR IS GOOD WE HAD IT OVER A YEAR NOW!

Walked in and met Eric at around 10 am, did a test drive, purchased insurance, and was sitting at home by 2 pm. Seamlessly smooth experience. How are they with helping people who do not have a good credit score and no down payment but need a way of going? Asking for a friend. They don’t have a down payment or a good credit score and always getting lied to by other places and then stuck waiting on a ride. They have the income but no co-signer or anything.

I purchased my SUV 3 days ago. So this is not my first time buying from this company with my first car I had it for 8 years with no problems. Eric was wonderful to me.i was interested in another vehicle and he was truthful with me. He told me that that vehicle had problems and that they did order the parts I like to that because any dealer wouldn’t be open and truthful to customers sometimes they just want to just make money so Eric was very truthful very nice very professional very patient. I called him like four or five times before I even got to the place. And now he got upset. He answered all my questions, and I am really grateful to have the experience to have a dealer like him. so far my truck has been running very good. I love it and the good thing about benchmark is that you know you don’t have to wait on credit you don’t have to. It’s not a hassle they get you in they get you out. I recommend bench auto to anybody they do sell good cars.

Bought a car here & it didn’t last not even 4 months! Blown head gasket & they don’t work with you to replace the issue or anything! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Also will be taking them to court! Do not waste your time!
