Located in a center that looks as if it's dieing or dead. The upstairs mens department had no help. I went to the register where I found someone, he said he was the only employee for the entire 2nd floor so I left and drove 17 miles to Dillard's where I found what I needed with no problems with the assistance of several employees in the jeans area alone.

I visited Belk and purchased some shirts, shorts, and a Sperry shoe. The customer service was excellent, and the store was very nice.

Dropped in to return an item ordered online and found what I was looking for in the store to replace it. The girls at the desk were busy but Nirges saw I was waiting and directed me to another register. Delightful, thank you! Wonderful customer service. I would have given 5 stars but for the simple fact the changing room was filthy. Dust bunnies galore, discarded tissue, stained furniture.

I often visit Belk as a last-minute and quick option. Despite its status as a last resort, my experiences at Belk have consistently been pleasant. The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly, which adds to the positive atmosphere of the store. However, it's worth noting that while Belk provides a satisfactory shopping experience, Tallahassee could benefit from a wider variety of clothing store options. Overall, I appreciate the convenience and service provided by Belk, but I believe the city would benefit from more diverse choices in the clothing retail sector.

I continue returning to Belk for ONE good reason..Nirges- Sales Associate..
She has ALWAYS gone out of her way to help me EVERYTIME..and she recognizes me as a regular..asking how this or that worked out.
Belk has GREAT sales in-store but Nirges keeps me smiling!!

I was under the impression that lots of people need/want jobs.I'd love to know why they don't have enough sales people..especially at Christmas time!I had to stand in a very long line just to ask a question. ( I needed help at the fragrance counter).The lady at the customer service deskSaid "sorry, there is no one"Had to interrupt a young lady at the jewelry counter . She came but had to leave her customers with no help.This is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Lovley store but they need more help. They are really missing out on sales because of that reason only.
