It's ridiculous how most of the time there is only one teller at this location. There could be a line out the door and the manager is of no use.

Opened up account today, danged lot of stuff needed, but hey, the Relationship Banker was great, thorough, and professional... Good location, very clean, welcomed when I walked in the door... So, the initial impression is very positive. That's pretty good since banks used to give us toasters for opening new accounts, now they want to make sure you know the fees they'll charge you for loaning them your money... Fiat banking sucks, wonder if it will still be around ten years from now...

First of all change your hours online. If someone driving all the way from Penecea then he/she realizes that bank hours chanced. Bank close at 4pm not 5pm. You are representing a big bank in USA . Really bad management. This is happened with me 4th time and I’m sure lots of customers having a same problems.

ONLY LOOK FOR ANOTHER BANK YOU WILL THANK ME. I made a deposit and they put it on hold for 4 days and I accepted a day after having deposited it magically they changed the wait to 10 days that's freaking retarded a percent more professionalism maybe it would help them!!

Long lines. Long wait. Absolutely no help with the ATM that took my deposit money and malfunctioned telling me to contact bank. Insane that the very bank I use doesn't even service their own ATMs and bank gave me no help what so ever!

There is a problem. Oh you will justify your reasons for this but honestly I feel you do this to deter s to using a mobile app. Not one of them other four people that walked around like God's made any attempt to go behind the window and help that one person. That's not teamwork that's just straight up being lazy not doing a job that should be done. If I was Mr Bank of America the two ladies walking around like Miss America would have been fired

Switching to Bank of America, Lance helped me out with opening an account and getting me a cashier's check. He did everything in his power to make sure this got done right away, with accuracy and no delays. Compared to other BOA locations, this one has been the best so far!
