Switching to Bank of America, Lance helped me out with opening an account and getting me a cashier's check. He did everything in his power to make sure this got done right away, with accuracy and no delays. Compared to other BOA locations, this one has been the best so far!

They just dont answer phone calls. I have to call back to back, many times, before anyone *possibly* answers.
