This is the best Badcock in the world, I’ve been to all of them and this is some top notch stuff. The whole team has wonderful customer service and I’ve finally found a couch for my new living room.

We bought a couch 6 months ago and the handle to the recliner broke. They got someone in here to fix it immediately. Very helpful. We are happy with the quick fix!

The product quality is very good the prices could be somewhat less expensive and closer to the actual market value of the product and the markup seems too high, and My bed I bought was broken before it was taken off the truck I think because it was still wrapped in plastic and they started to open it and found that the rails were split down the middle and broken into pieces as they were attempting to put it together for Me and I don't think it was the stores fault because it was wrapped up and broken and they had no idea and reordered the replacement parts for Me.

By being a disabled veteran and we're both senior citizens we've been shopping with Badcock for years never had a problem good service great prices and the best for last is having the app because you can order it online instead of getting all dressed up and going to the store and you can pay by Visa or your Badcock account your choice couldn't ask for anything better and the best for last having a salesperson call you from the store with an up-to-date on your order so we definitely recommend Badcock in this particular store in Tallahassee

I would NOT recommend you buy anything from this store; not even a rug!!! I bought a leather sofa and love seat from this store. Just like the shady salesmen they are they; I was sold on the insurance package they offer to cover your furniture. So I bought it. Fast forward I didn’t get the furniture until 4 months after I had put down over half the money on the set and my dining room table set. The recliner pieces begin to malfunction one both the saga and love seat. I contacted the store and was told to contact the insurance and file a claim. They got some information from me and then immediately declined to fix it. I call the store back and was told by Kent that someone would come out and look at it. Someone cam out; took pictures and supposedly ordered parts but never put any notes in the system about the visit. This happened in July and I’m still with broken furniture that I have to keep paying on or my credit will be ruined. When I contacted they claims department they sent me back to the store and the store sent me back to the claims department. I even offered for them to come get the furniture and there response was we don’t repossess furniture after you have had it for more than 24 hours. So if you decide not to pay they are got to ruin your credit and not honor their part of the contract you entered into with them. I will never return to badcock for anything; this is the only furniture store that I have had issues with. Never again!!! Even though they are cheaper than most furniture stores the hassle you have to put up with to get them to do their jobs is not worth it!!! Sincerely NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!!

Have had nothing but the runaround from Badcock after purchase 2 Beast recliners at $1000.00 apuece. One of recliners has a defect. The recliners were purchased in July 2022 and to date nothing has been done to make this right. The manager Earl has acted as if this is no big deal and he can fix the recliner which he has yet to do. Can't get the parts. Now he runs out to Lowe's and gets done parts and wants to attempt to fix the recliner.I have gotten the corporate office involved, but date nothing has been done to rectify this problem. I have actually been told by Earl "you can call corporate they'll just refer it to me and I'm not replacing your recliner." Earl is always the one I've had to talk to which has been mostly impossible, he's at the bank or out on an emergency. Definitely thee worst customer service I've ever experienced. Go else to purchase your new furniture. Definitely not this BADcock store.
