“I cannot say enough good things about Bass Auto Repair. I have been going there since Al Bass still owned it and continued when Charles took over. They are honest and reliable and have saved me thousands of dollars. Today, they let me know that my issue was a recall and to take it to the dealership. They printed everything I needed to show the dealership and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. At first, the dealership tried to say they didn't have to fix it, but since I had all of the info Bass Auto armed me with, I am now having the work done for free. For that, my mother, father, and boss have all told me that Bass will be their new mechanic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

He stayed after hours waiting on my car to arrive to his shop. He diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. He made it a priority to get me back on the road to Saint Petersburg.”

“They did repair work on my car after a wreck and it did look good, however the main issue I brought up wasn’t addressed as they said they couldn’t “replicate the problem” but it was the first thing I noticed when I got it back. (They called and asked to have it dropped off because it was convenient for them. I wasn’t able to pick the car up and the person who picked it up for me is too nice for confrontation so he didn’t say anything) I called back and they really just didn’t help. Won’t be coming back for mechanical work but they do a good job with body work and the pricing is actually good compared to other shops.”

“We had purchased a pair of rather expensive Bosch windshield wiper blades from our local AutoZone in Central Florida. The nice young man working there (who had just started a day or two before) offered to install the blades on our Sprinter-based RV. Sadly, while driving from there to Talahasee, we ran into rain and turned on the wipers. One flew off on the interstate and was immediately run over by a truck.
The manager at this location, Greg Hernandez, was very helpful, found our receipt in the system based on our phone number, and replaced the wiper blade at no charge, and we were on our way again. EXCELLENT customer service. Thanks, AutoZone!”
