“I brought my 2021 Challenger to them to have the paint corrected and a ceramic coating applied. They had the car for about 1 week. After the paint work, the coating was applied to the paint, the glass, and the wheels. All work was completed according to our agreement. The owner and the staff are friendly and professional. The shop itself is clean and well organized. But most importantly, the results are fantastic. But don't believe my words, simply view the attached photo.”

“I really appreciated the quickness and care they took on my rather large truck. I refuse to go through one of those automatic spinning brush car washes. The gentleman who washed my truck was extremely conscientious and meticulous. The cost wasn't much more than the automatic wash, but I don't have to worry about scratches or swirls in my paint, and I didn't have to vacuum and wipe down the truck myself.”

“This is a long post, but worth the read.
I took my 91 year old grandmother's car for a detail at the "only wash place" she uses bc "no where else gets a car as clean as they do and the other people charge twice as much!"
I dropped her at her salon and drove about a mile to Super Suds. I realized the key was in her purse at the same time I pushed the button to turn the car off.
I panicked internally bc i realized the car was in the middle of their process line at lunch hour. The first employee I explained the problem to calmly told me to take a deep breath and relax- and not in a condescending way- but in a way that gave me a genuine place of comfort.
Once other employees came to question the car sitting in the middle of a busy work line (each one being incredibly understanding) a female employee approached me and said "Im so sorry that happened. I'll drive you to the salon!" And seconds later I was in her personal vehicle talking about her kids, and headed to get the keys.
Once I returned my grandmother's car was in the wash quickly, and shortly after I was told it was ready just in time to return to pick her up from her hair appointment.
The car was beyond spotless, but that was nowhere near the best part of my experience at Super Suds. The detail to the car was exceptional, but the detail to customer service and the entire experience is what's pivotal in making this place exceptional.
Customer service like this is rare. These folks care about the car but they also value the customer!”
