Atlas is a fantastic gym. It is a small, family owned operation. Sespite its size, Atlas has all the equipment you could need. The owner and his mom make everyone feel welcome and go above and beyond. They're constantly finding ways to build community and help people reach their goals. Atlas gyms is helping me and many others get over our gym phobias just by being the most wholesome gym atmosphere in town.

Great, private style gym. Coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable as well as make you feel wanted. The gym itself is extremely clean, the equipment is well and maintained. The fees are a little high but you get a great environment out of it as well as one on one Coaching if needed.

I have been going to this gym for many years and I believe it is the best gym that there is available in Tallahassee. The space is always clean, and they have exactly the equipment you need for a good workout and no extra nonsense. The prices have raised from slightly when I started going there in 2020, but I believe that the increase is justified. I would much rather pay extra to go somewhere that is never crowded where I feel comfortable, rather than having to sign a year-long contact with "dues" where I have to wait 20 minutes just to use the squat rack. In fact, I drive 10 minutes out of the way, past two huge commercial gyms that are a 1-minute walk away from me because I prefer this gym so much more. I've come here probably over 200 times in the past couple of years, and there are never more than a couple of people in the gym. It is always clean, and the owners have always been polite with me. The only issue I ever had was that they did not have a dedicated bench press in 2020. Lo and behold, a few months after going there, I walked in, and they had purchased one and had it set up. Amazing. After that, the only other minor grip for me was there was no long rope cable for rope tricep pushdowns. Again, I walk in one day and they had a brand new one. Point being is they are always refurbishing older equipment and bringing in new things that suit the gym. The negative reviews for this gym are a little confusing to me, since they do not seem accurate. Never in the 200+ times I have been here did I feel the space to be "dirty" in any way. Every time I am in Tally, I come here. I am always happy with my choice.

Can’t recommend this gym enough. It’s clean with top-notch equipment, and they have everything you could ever need in a gym. It’s just an all around phenomenal facility.

Atlas is the hidden treasure of Tallahassee. It has all the equipment you could possibly want. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. And the place is impeccably clean. What more can you possibly ask for?

I’ve been a member with Atlas Fit since it’s beginning back over on Gaines Street and have followed them to their North Monroe location. I enjoy the atmosphere and community of a local gym vs a corporate chain gym. They also offer small group training classes on T/Th and a cardio kickboxing class on Saturdays at 10am; any person from any walk of life can join and learn something new. I consider the Atlas gym one of my home away from homes.

I used to gym at a much larger gym and didn't feel comfortable there. I started doing research and came across Atlas. I set a meeting up with the owner, Matt, and he didn't hesitate for a second to talk with me and give me a tour of the establishment. This gym has everything you could possibly need for working out from cables, free weights, multiple bench/bar stations, etc.All the Atlas staff are extremely friendly and the owner is very passionate about his business and community involvement. You will be greeted with a smile every time you go.I love the intimate feeling of this smaller scaled gym. It isn't over crowded, everyone is nice and aware of their space, and you're supporting a local/small business. If you are looking to find a gym or change gyms, I HIGHLY recommend Atlas!!!!
