“I lease at Stadium Center, and have faced little no to issues with the community. Today, I faced q challenge that felt insurmountable. Issues with my mail had me at a low point, but thanks to the incredible help from two of Stadium Center’s employees, I managed to successfully resolve the issue. Brianna and Savannah were friendly, approachable, decisive, and helpful when dealing with my issue. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them, and I can honestly say that it was one of my best service experiences to date. I’m glad Stadium Center takes such good care of training their employees to the quality that they showed me today.”
“The staff and management of Jackson Square are professional, friendly and accommodating. I was there for about 15 years and have never had a problem that this team has not addressed fully and resolved. Baileigh has always been attentive and made my move-out easy. If not retiring, I would be there for another 15 and enjoyed a great place to live with owners/management who care!”

“If I could give this place 100 stars I would!! I’ve LOVED living at MAA Southwood Apartment Community!! The area is quite beautiful, and they do a great job with keeping everything clean!! My apartment was lovely, quiet, and filled with lots of natural light. And the management team was PHENOMENAL. The person who helped me the most was the APM Nickie Campbell. She was so attentive and helped me with any concerns or questions that I had!! The overall management team’s professionalism, prompt responses, and friendly attitude made the whole community feel more like home!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!”

“I’ve been living here in this complex for about 8 years, started in the 2 bedroom then moved to the 3 bedroom. Things were a little rough as far as communication and getting work orders done but this was during the pandemic and everyone was struggling around this time. Overall, Things have improved and after getting to know the office staff over the years they are family oriented and welcoming. The neighborhood is usually calm and the people in my building are friendly.”

“My daughter lived at Jake’s Place her Senior year at FSU. Love the location as it’s an easy walk to campus. Beautifully renovated private apartments. Residents are very quiet and typically grad students. Perfect for the serious student who doesn’t want the party scene at their complex. Highly recommend Jake’s Place.”
“I signed at College Town apartments last year for my first college apartment and have been more than pleased with the staff. The location is great as it is located in the heart of College Town. The staff has been nothing but wonderful but especially Danielle has been the most helpful. She is able to answer any questions that I had about the apartment complex. She is nicest and most understanding when helping students with their first apartments. I have been so happy at this complex that I have decided to live here next year again.”

“I have lived here 7 years and never had a bad experience at all. I need some maintenance in my home and I have a pet and she pretty much takes over the place while I am at work. Both Ginger & Richard came to see what was going on and made sure my pet did not leave. The issue was solved in a timely matter as always. Something as needed a light bulb change they both will be there for you. This is why I call Savannah Sounds my home. Clean place and a very safe place to live as well.”
“I’ve lived in Tallahassee for 3 years now, and this complex might be my favorite. I’m in a 2x2.5, and it’s spacious, CLEAN, and quiet. Haven’t seen a single bug since moving in, which is a LUXURY in this city. Furniture and appliances are in great condition. Staff is super helpful, and the pool is a big plus.
Now, I’m really writing this review because of maintenance. Two nights ago, our AC stopped working. I put in a work order at 9:30pm. I got a text message from maintenance within 10 minutes. First thing in the morning, before the office even opened, maintenance arrived and started working on the issue. I’m pretty sure his name was Larry. This man ROCKS!! It was hot inside and outside, but he was working hard to get that AC fixed, and he did. I am so impressed. At my previous apartments NxNW and Heritage Grove, the maintenance teams were pretty responsive and got my work orders done within the same week. I have NEVER heard of any apartment complex where maintenance comes and solves an issue in less than 24 hours, especially not an AC issue. I had to think about it, but this has been the case for the few times we’ve needed maintenance. They come same day.
I had my reservations moving here after reading reviews and hearing some horror stories, but my experience has been nothing but smooth and flawless. I genuinely wish that I moved here the day I came to Tallahassee. I’ve been paying the same amount of rent for a 4x4 with no balcony, a place that’s not within a short walk to Publix, and with a smaller pool.
This is THE spot to be.”

I have a long time friend that stays in the apartment complex she manages. It was like 5:05 and I was hoping someone will be working late putting in extra hours A day. Miss Brittany was there to my surprise and she was so kind went out of her way to be generous thoughtful, She knows my friend situation, attendant for 4 years and gave me a pass to be able to use a closer unlessible walk. So she can get in and out of the vehicle and making things easier on the both of us.!

“BEFORE Mrs. Tawana took over, this place was absolutely a nightmare the previous management didn't post rent payment to the tenants ledgers causing individuals to be evicted or having to defend themselves in court and against their predatory attorney The Thrasher Law Firm. But SINCE Mrs. Tawana took over this place is improving on so many different levels, from the cleanliness, to the administrative side of things, and also on a maintenance level. As a local and seasoned Property Manager myself, Mrs. Tawanna is the key to this property's success! Thank you Mrs. Tawana for everything you've done for my mother and straightening out a mess created by the previous managers!”
“The gym is solid, with everything you could need. With the hot tub and pool area it feels like a mini resort. There are tons of study spaces too and a really cool theater room.
It’s important to remember that the people who work here are just people and will do what they can to help you.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. The location is great, easy access to I-10. It is quiet, the staff is fantastic. (Especially Vanessa who goes out of her way to answer any question you have). There is constant communication sent out keeping residents up to date. For the few maintenance request I have put in, they have been addressed next day. I highly recommend Lory of Tallahassee to anyone moving to Tallahassee.”
“Quantum on West Call is a very nice, clean building. Wish they had planned for more parking to avoid wait lists. The people there were extremely helpful in answering questions. We worked with Noelle Dennis and she was extremely professional and helpful. she also lives in the building so that was helpful. We decided on the spot.”
