Dr Tammy Williams is the best! She was gentle and compassionate with my 150 lb Great Dane all while keeping me informed and telling me each detail of how she was examining him and giving me options along the way!

Dr. Tammy Williams provides excellent care for all our cats. Her manner is gentle with the cats and she bases her treatment decisions on science along with balancing what is best for the animal. We wholeheartedly recommend her practice. ?

Animal Medical Clinic in Tallahassee has taken care of my pets for over 30 years. I would not trust the health of my fur babies to anyone else. They treat your pets as if they were their own with love and affection. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. Williams is an excellent veterinarian. I highly recommend AMC for any of your veterinary needs.

AMC has a new vet in charge. They also have changed most of their staff since December of 2022. The current staff seems to be afraid of both dogs and cats. While waiting to pick up my dog, I heard the vet telling a cat's owner that they had sedated the cat because they knew the cat was "not going to be nice". I have never been in a vet's office where the staff is afraid of the patients. The patients know. it makes for a poor outcome. I was concerned when I realized that so many of the staff had changed over in a very short span of time. I am looking for a new vet and place to board.

Tristan and Skitty have been seeing Dr. Mountain at Animal Medical Clinic in Tallahassee for over 5 years! Dr. Mountain and his staff provide amazing veterinary service for my pets. They really care and it shows! I highly recommend them to all of my friends, family and co-workers. My pets get better medical care than I do.

Run dont walk from this place... They care about the money NOT the animals. The prices are outrageous for the most general of services. I will not be recommending this place or going back!

I worked here a few years back and highly recommend Dr. Mountain. There was a high level of professionalism there and also caring/compassion. Especially technician Aimee L. Not sure if she's still there but she's definitely one of the good ones! ðŸ‘👌ðŸ¶ðŸ±

I,ve taken companion animals to vets for more thän fifty years. My animal companions have only very rarely had the quality of compassionate and completely professional care they consistently receive at this clinic from all the staff.(I'm trying to convince my health care plan to have Dr. Mountain as my Primary Care Physician!)

Beyond pleased with the exceptional care my puppy and kitten received at Animal Medical Clinic! Dr. Mountain and his staff are highly skilled professionals that demonstrate an extraordinary ability to care for my pet family as well as explain all aspects of their care to me. It is quite apparent how much they truly care about each individual animal! I am looking forward to many happy years as my fur babies continue to grow with the quality care of Dr. Mountain!

OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED! My sincere gratitude and thanks to such a wonderful animal clinic. I have been bringing my animals to this clinic for years and always feel great comfort when I drop off for services or procedures. Everything is explained in detail of what I should expect. One of my animals is a very scared cat with claws that will kill. From past experiences the vets and techs have explain what they need to do with my situation. They take care of everything and never make me feel bad for having such a challenging cat. My dog has different behavioral issues and again, they do the necessary things to cater to our needs. I feel comfortable boarding with them as well when on vacation. Several times they even sent me a video of my dog showing me how excited and happy he was. Who does this??? Animal Medical Clinic that's who! I don't normally do reviews unless I'm displeased with a business or over-the-top impressed. In this case it's OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED!!

BUTCHERS! If I could post this review without a star, this rating would be zero. I took my dog in to get spayed, they "NICKED" HER SPLEEN. The words "accidentally" and "nicked" should never be a part of your post-op review! The main vet was not even in the OR until the damage was done. Our baby, our beautiful white German Shepherd is laying here, moaning in pain with a foot long suture up her belly that looks like it was done in the dark. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! While I do somewhat sympathize with the staff that were a part of this "accident", I get that it was an "accident", but you have to see how upsetting this is for dog and our family.

The best VET in Tallahassee! The staff is amazing! Dr. Mountain's heart for animals and their owners is genuine!! I had to leave my dog while on vacation and they sent videos and pictures to the children through a text message to show us that he was having a great time.
