I've been with Ameris Bank for over four years now, and they have been fantastic from the start. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, making banking with them a smooth and stress-free experience. I've never had any issues with their services and truly appreciate how they go above and beyond to treat their customers well. Highly recommend.

I was visiting the office in Tallahassee. There were no other customers at that time, so I was surprised that none of the employees were smiling, greeting, etc. I did not feel I was important for them. The front desk young lady is very nice and professional; she went outside to call trying to find someone to work with me, not doing that in front of the customer! The Banker who serviced me could not answer my question and promised to call back and never did.

I had a wonderful experience with the assistant bank manager at Ameris Bank. She was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I appreciated her suggestions and have taken advantage of them. She was friendly but didn’t waste my time. I am looking forward to a long term partnership.

Outstanding customer service from the nicest ladies I’ve ever met at Ameris Bank. I left the VA Clinic not feeling the best. Ms. Chinel, Ms. Victoria and Ms. Paula brightened my day. They are truly a Blessing. I will do my bank at this location from now on.

Five-star experience. All attendants were occupied with customers, so the Branch Manager stepped up and took care of our request. WE needed to invest in a CD. Took all of about 20 minutes start to finish. Accomplished in a very professional manner. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

Lisa Smallwood is manager and she is so dedicated and helpful also Chanel , Paula . And Victoria is front office ppl very good experience..
