This review was supposed to be weeks ago however, I have to let everyone know that Miracle & Emilie gave me the beat customer service I’ve received in a long time from a store. They were so patient with me finding me man options for my honeymoon. While Miracle was styling me Emile kept my 6 year old daughter entertained while I browsing through items. These ladies are an amazinggggg duo. I will definitely shop again if I seen one of their faces in Aldo.

Aldoshoes is a good company to purchase shoes, purses, etc as to why I was very disappointed when I purchased a pair of shoes and when I opened the box the shoes were scuffed to the point that the leather was coming off on the bottom white part of the shoes. I believe that all employees need to ask themselves: If I ordered this product would it be a product I would be pleased with? If the answer is no why would you send it out to the customer if you know you wouldn’t accept it either. It’s probably going to be a while before I order online from here again. I will just go to the store in my state to make a purchase.

I can't even explain how amazing the customer service at this store was!!! Right before everything was shut down I was put on a call list for a pair of shoes for my wedding. My local store did not have the size I needed. Well then COVID-19 happened and everything shut down. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling Aldo stores all around the country looking for A) an open store and B) my shoe!! I called this store and they had my shoe and my size. Unfortunately I live 3 hours away :( BUT I was lucky because my sister would be passing through Tallahassee but not until a week after I called. I explained that this shoe was for my July 11th wedding and they were gracious enough to put my shoe on hold until my sister could come get it!!! I am so impressed with how friendly everyone was! Thanks again Aldo!
