The food and selection is great. My problem is there is no phone direct phone to the store I went in and accidentally forgot to grab my iPhone out of the buggy. The buggy I was using the cashier uses for the next customer. Let me mention to that I parked further away from the store so the cashier had a lot of time to get the phone back to me . She was closing her lane after me too. When I got home I immediately put my phone in lost mode and place on it I know what I did and my husband will be coming to get my phone. The cashier was trying to get her an iPhone. My husband said she wasn’t going to say anything when he was there. Luckily he rang my phone and it was in her pocket. This I’m grateful to my husband for ringing the phone and shame on Aldi for not having the right employees working for them and a policy in place for lost and found.

I really like shopping here. My only complaint is the checkout lanes... There aren't enough open especially during peak times like weekday evenings and the weekends especially, so this causes a longer line and wait time when a bunch of people have to pile into one lane, but I usually see a 2nd lane opened up at some point to accommodate the volume.The prices are awesome - quality of produce and meats are top notch. Overall I have no complaints about the store, cleanliness, selection or employees. It's been a good experience thus far.

Worst ever, rotting food on getting it back to your house.Fruit goes bad quickly at this location.One man Cameron was very rude to the elderly, the manager never remedied the situation!

I have mixed feelings about this Aldi, there wasn't anything particularly bad about it but I go to several Aldi across the country and this Aldi just doesn't seem to have the best selection in comparison, maybe there just out of things when I go there but I can never seem to get everything I needed in stop here.

The store is small but clean.Now that groceries are overpriced, I've shopped here more.Small packages, but that also means better/cheaper prices.Their sliced Gouda cheese is my fav item here!!! Soooo good.

While I like shopping at Aldi, I didn't appreciate the horrible customer service I experienced yesterday. My cashier was rude and rushed scanning all my stuff. She didn't ask if I needed bags and when I tried to pay using my phone it declined. It kept reading the wrong card which was totally not her fault but her response to that was are you using a food stamp card. Excuse me? I proceed to tell her no, I am trying to use my cash app digitally and she goes well I never had that problem. Ok, fine. But again no interest in helping, just wanted me out of her line. Don't make me state the obvious! I would never return to this location. I'll stick with the Pensacola one. This is the second time I've encountered a rude cashier here. Whatever payment method I decide to is my business, the line didn't need to know. Furthermore, African Americans CAN pay for food with cash, credit and if I could qualify, ebt. That's my damn personal choice. I wish I had her name, I would sure make her famous ?

I really like this Aldi. Only reason I lower a star is sometimes they will be out of stuff like whole milk or the eggs we typically get. Overall, I am amazed by the price and the produce has always been pretty good, far better than Walmart.

My rating is so low only because there are only 2 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon and there are about 12 to 15 customers per line. Whoever manages this place needs to get it together and properly staff the store. Unbelievable!

Groceries and therapy all rolled into one experience. Friends and I have a standing day to shop and talk. Love this gem of a store! And their customer service is AMAZING! If you see Cameron, make sure you say hi to him! ?

Very good store, especially their trout. There are so many options for putting together a charcuterie board. The prices are very low, but the only thing I'm not crazy about is their wine and beer selection.
