I booked a car online when I went there ther were not even in the office and then the guy beside there which enterprise said they didn’t even have car available and they are not even refunding to meVery bad service

The employees work in this location are super nice and helpful. I had very good experience. If I need to rental a car again, this company will be my first choice. Thank you!

We had a car reserved/rented today at our destination in Tallahassee with 2 car seats for my toddler kids. Upon trying to leave our home airport, we found our flight was unfortunately moved for an arrival time after Alamos closing hours. Our call to the employees working that location for a solution was met with vivid negative attitude. My wife suggested canceling our reservation and perhaps getting our local relative to get a reservation instead as we HAD to have car seats from the airport. The employee then snapped over the phone that our rental was cancelled and hug up on us. We were dumbfounded a service had the capacity to be so unfriendly. Obviously the employee isn't a father and has no perspective what he put us through today. There are many words I would like to say to whoever is working there, but instead all I am going to say is "SHAME" with the hopes that whoever is reading this enjoys the game of thrones reference.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and often get upgraded at no extra cost, I will be going with Alamo again on our next trip.

No line at the counter. Fast in and fast out. Although the car I ordered was not available I was offered an acceptable substitute. The car had a slight tabacco smell but overall was clean. Renting contract was not emailed as promised so I had to drive hoping for no police encounters. Surprisingly , rental price was very reasonable compared to what is going on at other locations.

First let me say that this company should really learn that the customer is the reason for this companies existing. Now next thing this company should do is convey the true and accurate information about the rental i.e. all monies owed so customers are not smacked in the face with your BS deposit. Next work on making sure reservations are honored and available at the time customers need said vehicle. Your company sucks and I look forward to seeing the impact this review has. Plus I wish I could give less then 1 star because this is being nice.

I had two rentals set up the past two weeks and both were a disaster. After arriving at the airport Alamo on the first one, I was told they didn't have a car for me. I told them I had a confirmation number and the desk person said, "that only confirms you made a reservation. " What!? Am I on a Seinfeld episode? Result, no car had to make other arrangements. I called "customer service" six times before the next rental and was disconnected three times when being transferred to a supervisor after the previous three times asking for a supervisor to call me, which still has not happened.The next rental, the exact same thing happened. After over an hour of the counter person trying to make it right while other people waited, he has the only one there, his solution was for me to wait and hope a car came back. I decided to walk to their lot and saw there were cars. I went back and told him, I'd take one of them, when he said (no joke), "those are reserved." I did finally get a car, but it made me an hour and a half late to my appointment.

Waited in line behind a gentleman and his family that couldn’t get the car he reserved. Was told he would have to wait a while (not sure how long). He ended up with a different vehicle. I get to the Counter and the agent told me she’d be back shortly. Waited a while and needed up being helped by another agent who told me that she left to get the vehicle I rented so that it could be cleaned. Well.... it wasn’t really clean (the inside was wiped down somewhat) and it smelled like freshener and cigarettes. The outside was definitely not clean. Wasn’t the worst experience ever but could use some improvements.

First let me say that this company should really learn that the customer is the reason for this companies existing. This is the worst rental car company I've ever used they don't even honor the reservation by having the vehicle there and ready when the reservation is set.

DO NOT RESERVE here save you time and money and go somewhere else. I made a reservation months in advance. Went to the airport to pick up for my reservation at 8:00 am and they stated they are out of vehicles. I called twice to see if I can pick up in another location. The First Lady stated she was completing a form and someone would call me back. Which I stated I'm not waiting to be called back after this big inconvenience. The phone hung up. The next lady stated that they don't have anything for THREE WEEKS. Then she proceeded to say the reservation makes a difference if you call or book online. I then said mam the reservation was RESERVED. She hung up. This is very unprofessional company, and the service representatives are horrible. This delayed my whole trip for my best friend wedding that I'm a part of. So to save your time, please BOOK somewhere else to save time and patience.

These guys left me stranded without a ride, 400 miles from home after they couldn’t fulfill my reservation. “Yeah we have your reservation here, but we can’t give you a car.” The clerk at the counter sat with his arms folded shaking his head, and when I asked for the manager, he stood right beside the clerk and offered the same lame response. I ended up hopping on a plane at the last second, just to be home in time for Christmas. I will Never be using Alamo again.

Terrible experience - that we are still enduring. I mistakenly reserved a car here for my 24 year old son. I say mistakenly, because this was the first time to use Alamo and with other car rental companies we have never experienced what we are going through now. They provided no paper contract, vehicle condition report or anything beyond the keys and sent him of to the parking lot. Three and a half hours later he dropped the car in Jacksonville airport, drove it without incident and now three weeks later they are claiming damages. A quick internet search will show how many people endure this with Alamo. Hilariously his receipt shows him picking up in Jacksonville and dropping in Tallahassee. That astute check in clerk can find some non existent damage but can't get a simple receipt correct. Probably wasn't even looking at the correct car. I would run, not walk, from renting from Alamo!
