I picked up a premium suv (2023 jeep wagoneer) on a Wednesday night and drove from Tallahassee to Miami the following Thursday. Friday morning when I got in the vehicle to conduct business the low engine oil light came on. I contacted the customer service number and was told the vehicle had been serviced at around 14,200 miles (at this point the vehicle had around 15,500 miles on it) and that it could have been an error but if I didn’t feel comfortable driving the vehicle I could take it to the closest location to swap it out. The next morning (Saturday) I did decided to swap it out as I didn’t want to transport my mother and son back to Tallahassee in a vehicle with low engine oil. The closest location was MIA airport. Had a mini van which is not comparable to a premium suv nor the money I spent on the truck I currently had. I submitted this information via survey and reached out to customer service about it after the rental and NO ONE has contacted me about it. This was Mothers Day weekend (May 9-12). I won’t be spending money with this company in the future. Sole purpose is to provide people with safe and well maintenanced vehicles to rent for travel. Pictures attached were taken that Friday morning.

Took over an hour to get a car previously reserved. Agents just walked away from the counter and disappeared for a long time. No idea why it would take that long to get a car.

I booked a car online when I went there ther were not even in the office and then the guy beside there which enterprise said they didn’t even have car available and they are not even refunding to meVery bad service

We had a car reserved/rented today at our destination in Tallahassee with 2 car seats for my toddler kids. Upon trying to leave our home airport, we found our flight was unfortunately moved for an arrival time after Alamos closing hours. Our call to the employees working that location for a solution was met with vivid negative attitude. My wife suggested canceling our reservation and perhaps getting our local relative to get a reservation instead as we HAD to have car seats from the airport. The employee then snapped over the phone that our rental was cancelled and hug up on us. We were dumbfounded a service had the capacity to be so unfriendly. Obviously the employee isn't a father and has no perspective what he put us through today. There are many words I would like to say to whoever is working there, but instead all I am going to say is "SHAME" with the hopes that whoever is reading this enjoys the game of thrones reference.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and often get upgraded at no extra cost, I will be going with Alamo again on our next trip.

No line at the counter. Fast in and fast out. Although the car I ordered was not available I was offered an acceptable substitute. The car had a slight tabacco smell but overall was clean. Renting contract was not emailed as promised so I had to drive hoping for no police encounters. Surprisingly , rental price was very reasonable compared to what is going on at other locations.
