BEFORE Mrs. Tawana took over, this place was absolutely a nightmare the previous management didn't post rent payment to the tenants ledgers causing individuals to be evicted or having to defend themselves in court and against their predatory attorney The Thrasher Law Firm. But SINCE Mrs. Tawana took over this place is improving on so many different levels, from the cleanliness, to the administrative side of things, and also on a maintenance level. As a local and seasoned Property Manager myself, Mrs. Tawanna is the key to this property's success! Thank you Mrs. Tawana for everything you've done for my mother and straightening out a mess created by the previous managers!

Not a safe place to stay. Office staff don't care about they residents. Everybody car is being broken into. Roach infested. Trash smell like dead bodies every were so sad.

Living here has been one of the worst experience of my life. This apartment complex has a roach and gnat infestation. The kicker is they’ve changed management so many times that apparently pest control wasn’t getting paid, so now they don’t have a vendor and I have gone almost 6 months with no pest control. There are roaches EVERYWHERE! I have never experienced this before and I’m truly afraid and mad. There are roaches in my coach, drawers, my daughter’s room , kitchen literally everywhere you can think of. I can’t step foot into my house without seeing a roach. I’m gonna have to throw everything out because of this apartment complex’s negligence. I keep my house so clean and yet they are everywhere because the whole unit is infested and the management could care less!!! Please for the sake of your sanity, DO NOT RENT HERE. You will REGRET IT.

unnnnn! The plumbing is horrible my light bill is 600 every month. The site manager stated they dont care about light bills or credit for rent even thoe the toilet and sinks leak and was not fixed until the third month on of me living there. There is a bunch of hidden fees so whatever they tell you your rent is add a extra two hundred. They say wifi and cable is included which it is for a 60 dollar fee. Added to your rent. Get this ive been paying xfinity every month for wifi and the 60 to them before i stopped paying rent. The trash stay over running and my car got broke into the other night. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my own fridge and the ac works when it wants to. If you ride around the neighborhood and view it including the pool area and still decide to rent there good luck! The office manager talk to you like your a child and send out emails every day about not disrespecting her and a curfew in the neighborhood. Runnnnnn

I want to thank Ms.Vicky, my tour guider, she was very professional, she knows the apartment like the back of her hand , very nice people person,. Yes I would love to move in Acala Bainbridge. I rate her a 10 .

I was living here with my wife a couple months ago and my mother law is the property manager at this property. As soon as my wife and I separated, Tanisha Washington aka the property regional manager and her goons aka the landlord Keyiah Evans began to harass me! They changed the locks to my apartment while I was still a tenant. They even RTS my mail. They basically bullied me all because I got her daughter arrested. I have messages with the Property Manager trying to illegally evicted me and harassing me all because of a personal matter. Eventually I abandoned my apartment because I was afraid of them and their threats. They evicted me from the property and I am now taking legal action for the emotional distress they cause on my family. This is a great apartment complex but the people in charge of this property are nasty people. I have a wonderful paper trail on this subject and I will be serving them with papers in the next couple of months. I share my story to say that the people in charge of this property abuse their power and neglect their tenants all because they think they can. The tables are about to turn!

My daughter has been living at this complex for several years it is a great place for families with children. There's a lot of things for the children and adults to do and this complex.

My advice would be to run away from this place fast! My son spent the entire year requesting items be fixed. They were safety hazards such as wood face plate on kitchen drawer was missing leaving 4 long screws exposed. Big piece of the linoleum had lifted up...tripping hazard. Nothing was ever fixed. Be advised they also take 3 months to return your deposit even though the law is 1 month. They are also rude and liars because when I called to ask about our deposit after the 3rd month, Ronnie Evers was VERY rude to me telling me to google the number to corporate to track down my money instead of just giving it to me. When I expressed to the DM Tenesha Washington how rude Ronnie was she said and I quote " We don't tolerate that, she's been terminiated" When I called a week later to see if my deposit made it to the office, guess who answered the phone? You guessed it. Ronnie! They play all day. They do not care.Update: I don’t know why they are asking me to contact them to let them know what occurred when I literally JUST did. Talk to your people!

This place really needs new management! They need to fire Candace immediately! She is so rude and doesn’t have office etiquette! I’m a Property Manager and all of my tenants can vouch that I treat them with respect! I’m never rude or dismissive like these folks are! Ms Evans the Property Manager is even worse. If your job is to stressful just quit and let a more qualified person like myself take over!

Acasa Bainbridge isn’t the place to stay. The cameras and gate don’t work. Management so unprofessional and they always trying to evict you. It’s not worth it don’t go out here

It's apparently a nice complex with 2, 3, & 4 bedroom apartments based on household income to qualify. Weight room, swimming pools, on-site playground/park, parcel mailroom, etc.

Been living here since September 2023 and I love it. Spacious, apartment is clean, staff has always been kind and very generous. Management team have been courteous and helpful. Maintenance team are always ready to do any repairs and/or replacement work if needed. No complaints on my end so it’s definitely a YES for me!
