LOVE THESE GUYS! Theres no judgement and Dedrick is my biggest cheerleader. I always went to gyms and quit because it was the same old thing and no one was there to keep you accountable. At 9rounds for the money you pay and support you get keeping on track they are definitely 10stars! Great guys! Great atmosphere!

I love this place. This has been for quite some time a place I love to workout and not only a workout but my adrenaline is so high and I feel so good afterwards. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel the burn, sweat, and get in shape!!

The 9Round facility is amazing and has the best workouts and trainers. I always leave feeling energized and accomplished. Even if I'm in a bad mood, I know I can go into the studio and punch and kick some things and leave feeling better. 9Round is the only workout program I've been able to stay consistent with in the last 6 years of my life which says a lot considering all the changes I've had with moving, getting married, having a baby. They can modify the exercises to keep it safe and effective too.

My wife and I have been taking classes at 9Rounds for a few weeks now and i have thoroughly enjoyed the training and the fitness they offer! My wife has enjoyed training as much as i do, perhaps even more!Dedrick runs an awesome class! He keep’s students engaged and has always pushed me to the next level!Since i started going here, i started encouraging my friends to come check it out as well! It’s way more fun than the gym and you get a little bonus with the kickboxing training!

I am working out here from past few months and I am really glad that I was able to work hard and building myself with the help of the best trainers like Dedrick “The King”.Please give it a try and I am sure you will also realize that it is great place to build your confidence and strength at the same time.

Honest review from someone continuously becoming a healthier version of themselves:Took an early lunch hour and Tried out a 9Round Fitness/Kickboxing one on one class. I didn't hate it but didn't love it either. It was more of a boot camp style class, and it's not for me. It's my personality, it doesn't mix with boot camp style motivation and that's okay. Trainer was a nice guy. And it was free to try.You should check it out for yourself!

I've been a member of 9round kickboxing for quite some time now and I can honestly say that it's the main reason why I have remained consistent in my fitness journey. The workouts are never the same and most importantly they're fun! All the trainers are nice but Dedrick really is patient and dedicated to making sure that the true essence of kickboxing is taught + understood. It's a great experience over all.
