I’m still highly upset I literally gave these people 5k down on my Lincoln Mkz car to not only lose all of my money but my car as well. My car broke down nearly ONLY 2 month after purchasing the vehicle from them and you would think that this man MIKE the owner.. will have compassion he is a evil man he told me it’s absolutely nothing he can do and even went far as lying saying it’s my fault because I put miles on the car…. Just one money hungry evil scamming guy. And im mad because after I went thru that I almost lost my job and was depressed didn’t have no car. I would not purchase ANY cars from these nasty people! They need to shut this car lot down all they do is sale messed up lemon cars they cars are extremely raggedy and will break down on you. And trust you will not get your money back they will lie and say it’s your fault and try to make you put a whole another down payment on yet ANOTHER RAGGEDY LEMON CAR FROM THEM ‼️ Please do not go here I wish I would’ve listen to people warning me.

Major scumbags. Vehicles are patched up just enough to last the first couple hundred miles, then emergency lights start turning on and parts start breaking. They're basicslly patching up clunkers for resell at very marked up prices. Do not buy from them, you will get screwed, ? %

DONT BUY FROM THEM ! Completely FRAUD ! NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION NO PROPER ASSURANCE OF BEING TAKING CARE OF ! THEY FIX THE CARS JUST ENOUGH FOR THE ENGINE LIGHT TO NOT COME ON A WEEK AFTER YOU BUY THE CAR ! THEY ARE RUDE AND OVER PRICED FOR THEIR CARS ! Multiple PEOPLE HAVE BOUGHT CARS AND MAJOR ENGINE FAILURE AND OR TRANSMISSION ISSUES ! They REFUSE TO FIX A CAR THAT YOU ARE PAYING THEM FOR AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE ! WITHHOLD WARRANTY REFUNDS DUE TO RHEM WANTING TO GET ALL YOUR MONEY ! I WAS TOLD I COULD GET A REFUND BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY CAR AND IT WAS PRORATED I WAS DUE 800$ THEY REFUSED TO SIGN THE PAPER TO ISSUE ME A REFUND ! They JACK THE (financing price up and don’t deduct your down payment so in total you playing an interest rate of about 6000 grand….( but in reality it’s not an actual credit check to get you financed ! (ITS THE LEGAL WAY IF PROPERLY GETTING SOMEONE OUT OF MORE MONEY ! WHAT LENDER WHAT BANK WHEN ITS A BUY HERE PAY HERE ! ((((Aka they don’t require real paper work or credit checks or proof of income all they want is cash for them junk cars and then your transmission go out they saying they can’t do anything ! HOW when I’m paying you payments! No one (weather CASH CAR OR FINANCE) even with paying payment s to a dealership is allowed to knowingly sell you (LEMON CARS) !!!! AT THE END BY WHITE THATS HIGH PRICE SHOW CARS (BAIT ) WHEN YOU ARRIVE THE REAL OPTIONS ARE CLOSE TO THE DOOR ! They have a second location on Apalachee parkways (looks as if it’s a junk yard ) that’s where they get the cars but the door form and fix them up ! ===>>> ALSO they use A African American Salesman To Get you through the door after you sign them (fraud) papers no one can talk to you not even the salesman! They give you numbers to call they never answer ! RON (African American SALESMAN )shame on you ! You said y’all take care of y’all cars no engine light and y’all would stand behind anything if it broke ! How y’all selling ? !

I purchased a 2012 Tahoe in March of 2021. 6 months later my transmission went completely out, I was told they would help with the cost but instead they sold my loan to a bank. I was due to have it paid off in 2024 but paid it off 8 months early. I went to pick up my spare key that Dante told me I couldn't have until it was paid off, only to be told they lost it and there's nothing they can do! Do not buy a vehicle without the spare. I'm a single mom and it was my first time buying a vehicle and I was not aware of the cons that dealerships pull.

Rip off.Brought a vehicle from a year ago the motor blew and I still have payment.The only thing Jack told me was,it’s a used car what do you expect”!I wish he would of dared said that the day I brought that car I wouldn’t have purchased that trash.
