This jewerly is a joke. I went early in the morning to pawn a Cuban link 14k 461.4 p. They’re were willing to give me $17k and the lady told me that I have to wait until 1pm to get the money. Who has that time? Unbelievable

I came here 5 minutes before they closed to pawn something so I could get something nice for my sisters birthday and Marieth, Norma, and Dalys were so amazing! They helped me even though they were about to close and gave me the sweetest, most professional customer service and care ever. I’ve been using value pawn for a while but first time at this location.
